Worked perfectly to keep pigeons away.
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical if the wire with post and springs would work to keep the messy pigeons away from my garden.They use to sit on my wooden fence and deposit their crap on my wall. It worked a treat, see the video. The pigeon wasn't hurt just shocked.

They are what they are. Small standard springs for birdwire. Reasonably priced, simple to use, quite easy to overstretch though. They're jot heavy duty so don't expect them to be
