Extremely happy with knife, well balanced, I was able to slice cooked pork with no effort, paper thin tomato slices, this is a craftsmanship work of art, love the Damascus steel effect

Just what we needed for slicing salmon
This is exactly the size we wanted. The ergonomics are good. Value is goodIt did not, however, arrive very sharp. I have had to sharpen it myself to get a decent edge.

Attractive knife but overpriced. Does not hold it's sharpness very long. After a few days tomatoes were a chore. If you want a pretty knife that does not work so well then this is your knife.

Me siento estafada!!
Lo poco que me ha durado! Un año y poco más! Cortando una pueza de Foie Micuit se ha partido el cuchillo!!!Siempre lavado a mano, secado y tratado con mimo y se parte!Es una autentica estafa ya que la espiga no es larga y no atraviesa el mango dando al cuchillo durabilidad, seguridad y autenticidad.Una verguenza y un autentico peligro que ocurra esto.Muy decepcionada y disgustada.

D'une beauté foudroyante
Il s'agit d'un couteau à filet pour le poisson qui est livré dans un coffret avec son fourreau en bois, son sac de rangement en feutrine et un petit torchon pour l'essuyer.L'acier de damas est vraiment très joli.Ce couteau coupe très très bien, il faut faire particulièrement attention en l'utilisant, car l'erreur ne pardonnera pas.Très beau coffret pour offrir ou pour se faire plaisir!Il reste néanmoins un peu onéreux à mon sens, mais c'est une belle pièce!
