I happen to get it on sale, and my parents have been using these products for quite some time and love them! my mom likes the hazelnut one to put in her coffee as a replacement for creamer. It’s great if you mix it in oatmeal which is what I have been doing. However, you must eat it shortly after you put it in. I did put it in shakes and it gives it a really weird aftertaste if it sits for very long. I tend to do a lot of meal prep in advance, so I had made multiple shakes to have over several days. How, I would not recommend using it in a shake if you are leaving it in the refrigerator overnight. I guess it would be OK if you drank it right away. It’s fine in my oatmeal when I mix it in and eat it right then. Hope this helps! Great nutritional benefits, which is why I bought the product.

Great product. Dissolves well in shaker cup.I add it to my shakes and coffee.The taste has a minimal flavor of coconuts which I dont mind.I would recomend this product to anyone.

Good product. Prices too high.This product is great in your coffee. Great for people doing the keto diet. You don't get a whole lot in a jarso you will need to keep ordering it if you decide you're going to keep using it.this is going to get very expensive for you. I wish that this was priced more appropriately. People tend to use things more if it's affordable. I will save it I like the hazelnut flavor the best but both are good. Sometimes this is out of stock and you have to wait awhile for it.it is the best that I have found so far and I have tried a lot of products for keto. Please keep your prices reasonable so everyone can continue purchasing us on a regular basis.

I have been using another brand of MCT oil powder to create my own coffee creamer, but I wanted to try this one to add to my homemade Chia pudding recipe. I read the reviews before I bought this and some people mentioned they didn’t like the taste, but I happen to like it very much and when I add it to a vanilla Chia pudding recipe, I am very satisfied with the flavor, it gives me exactly what I was looking for.

And tastes like pure coconut meat ground up. I called customer service for a refund and they don't answer. WORST product/ creamer I have ever purchased. I wasted 35.00Plus they will NOT refund your purchase if you opened it and tasted it. Good grief how else can you know if you like their product if you don't try it. TERRIBLE company and IMO it's a rip off

I love how this tastes in coffee. Am addicted. I don’t like a strong coffee taste and this sweetens it nicely without all the sugar and carbs! Yummy in keto coffee.

Tastes way too sweet, would of tasted much better if it had less sweetener and more of a bitter cocoa flavour. But as its probably geared more towards American consumers this is too be expected. At least it contains a natural sweetener though. Didn't really find this helped with my weight loss but obviously helped me increase my daily fat intake. No noticeable impact to how many pounds I lost in a week. I wouldn't buy it again but if you're struggling to consume fats on keto then this is a good thing to use. Ive only tried it as a drink so far, mixed with no added sugar almond milk. Mixed with water it was foul. You can add it to your baking, and it may taste better than it does when you drink it but I've yet to try that. Worth a try but it's expensive for what it is and their are cheaper ways to get fat into your diet.
