Holds heavy vines.
Using these to grow cucumbers and squashes. They keep everything in easy reach for harvest. Were fairly quick and easy to put together. Sturdy enough for heavy vines. Look great in the garden. Going into the second summer now and thinking I should get a couple more. Only thing holding me back is I would have to add more raised beds to the garden.

Good value obelisk
Easy enough to assemble, the trick is to leave all the screws loose until it's fully assembled, and then tighten them down while adjusting the poles to be straight.Comes in a surprisingly compact package, which Amazon then helpfully puts in box which is double the size.I doubt it'll last more than a few seasons, it feels sturdy for a light frame, but it isn't one of those architectural obelisks you'd spend a lot more for. Much nicer than other obelisks at the price point.

So nice my landscaper bought two too
My son, the landscaper, bought me two big beautiful outdoor pots and gorgeous pink Mandeville plants to go in them for Mother’s Day two years ago. When he saw the trellises he bought two for one of his clients. The collage of pictures shows the plants just as I added the trellis in each pot. Since I live on Rehobath Bay the trellis is exposed to salt air 24 hours a day and some days windy and flooding storms (Also pictured). After two years I noticed one trellis starting to rust through in spots, so I ordered two more lhis week. This year I think I will coat them with some rustoleum paint before I install them and possibly get even more than two summers from them.I think for the price the quality is pretty good. They were easy to put together - I did it myself. In my opinion they held up really good especially considering my environment.

Climbing trellis is just what I wanted!
Easy to stick in the ground, and my cypress vines covered it for the enjoyment of blooms and hummingbirds.

It's Ok
I purchased this with a gift card balance. Am glad I didn't really have to pay for it. While I didn't have a problem putting it together I did have a problem with the last four support pieces. The ones that would set the obelisk in place on the ground. Because of where the screw holes were positioned, the pieces would not secure tightly into place no matter how much you tried to tighten them up. They were very loose and would just dangle in place. luckily my boyfriend is in construction and figured out a solution to the problem. As I said I am glad I really did pay for it which is why I kept it. But I would not buy again

Price and quality are in line with each other
I found these easy to assemble through I did not follow the instructions. I started by connecting the arched pieces into the three circles - no bolts needed. Then I attached the top final with the large nut to the four arched pieces for the top, just hand tightened at this point. I then starting working my way down, adding the first row of "leg" pieces to the arches for the top and then screwed in with nut and bolt to the pre-assembled rings. Once a row was completed, I went down another level. I bought two and assembly was pretty quick. I used a cordless drill and a pair of pliers to tighten everything down once it was all together. They are not super sturdy as they are hollow, but they should work for things like clematis or other seasonal vines, but heavy woody ones like wisteria. I have them over urns dressed up for winter with greenery and added white lights to the obelisk and it looks very pretty. They will go out into the garden for sweat peas in spring. I expect to paint them with a couple coats of Rustoleum outdoor paint before they go into the garden to keep them from rusting too soon.

Nice!
I got mine today. It was very easy to put together, attractive and sturdy but rather hard to put into the ground because the ends of the poles are flat andnot pointed. I will have to dig holes.

Simple and Sturdy
I have bought a bunch of these last year and more this year. Assembly is easy and I've found that after you get the whole thing assembled, tighten the top as much as possible then go down all the nuts and bolts and tighten again. I found this makes it more stable and level.Last fall after a storm one of my trellises was a little too vine heavy and was leaning but none of the metal bent! Over the winter I left one in the ground and the rest I stored over winter. The one that was left in the elements is doing fine (I live by the ocean) obviously it's a little rusty but nothing a little spray paint can't handle. If you're on a budget but want a trellis that'll last I highly recommend this one.
