Tastes great, but need to literally DIG it out of the container!
I have mixed feelings about how to review this purchase. The packaging was excellent, the container was padded, and then padded again, and it had a plastic wrap seal around the lid. That part was really good.Because I have eaten palm sugar before, I was surprised at how very hard it was. I had to dig at the contents to get any of the sugar out - and I do mean dig...however - once you dig through the top layer, the sugar is soft and moist.The taste is excellent - smooth, creamy, and tastes like caramel. Very, very good!

Broken jar
this item came with broken plastic jar, I wanted to return, but it says not eligible for return. Shame!

Jar contents were one solid mass
Arrived with jar cracked and contents as one solid mass in the jar. One star because item is not returnable.

Not palm sugar!
Texture and taste were fine but I wanted Palm Sugar, the ingredients list clearly indicates that this is coconut sugar! Not palm sugar.
