Solid Bag, Strong and good capacity!
A good all round bag, it stands up on its own when put down. Comfortable to wear for long periods, enough space for a keyboard, mouse, power brick, laptop and tablet. Feels well made and strong.

Great backpack, but beware of the space inside
That backpack is great and it has loads of protection for my 17 inch laptop. Actually most of that backpack is cushioning. Very comfy and breathable in hot days. I'm using it on daily basis now and only one thing I spotted is that actually there's not much space left for other things, but... this is an awesome backpack. I have had it for a month or so and nothing broke off and it keeps the shape. Loving it by now. Haven't checked the water resistance but if you carrying your gear its better if you invest in waterproof rain cover just in case.

Robust laptop hold-all
This is a great backpack. Having tried several others, you soon discover that it’s not easy to find a well padded bag that can hold a lot of laptop peripherals as well. This is a very robust backpack with top notch padding and space to carry a lot of stuff. I’d recommend this for premium laptops.

Great quality, but trouble with headphones
The pack is great quality with toughened layers and front cover to protect your equipment. The zips are tough and durable and the pack is waterproof when worn in the rain. The side pockets are strong enough to securely hold a soft drink can or bottle.Internally all the pockets are tight and secure. The laptop goes at the back, main equipment goes in the middle and additional small items go in the front. I have found that due to the sturdiness of the pack, this dictates how it can be packed as the hard shell front isn't flexible to bend out of shape to accommodate different shapes internally. This is where the headphone issue occurs. I have large ear covering headphones with a non-folding head band. Thus they are a bulky shape. The internal strap can only be used if the headphones hang down inside the middle compartment, so if you have other equipment such as a projector or games console or a box of cables, having the headphones on top of this causes the pack to struggle to close and/or deforms. The tightness of the front pocket behind the hard shell is such that nothing but flat items like a tablet or paper pad can be placed there. The rear compartment is purely for the laptop so cannot accommodate either. So you either have to still hand carry the headphones or find a way of getting them in upside down.Overall I'm happy. I use the pack, its great. But it doesn't quite conveniently hold headphones it seems.

Fits the Alienware M18
I bet 1 or 2 people will be asking this question, I took a gamble, yes this fits the Alienware M18 R1 (2023 model.) It fits in the compartment designed for the laptop, it's basically a perfect fit, any less room and it would be too tight. Is this bag worth £85 for smaller laptops? No. It's only worth it for the M18 or similar, since there are very few bags at fit that device. Quality is average.

Non functional.
I have to say very disappointed with this bag, not only did mine come damaged whereby i couldn't even open the zips due to the zip ripping the bag can hardly fit anything inside it as when you close it both sides push upon each other, only works well with thin items and you have to pack it properly, due to covid i was not able to return this bag as i would want a full refund as it came damaged to the point i could not use half the bag as i could not open it without ripping the zip off!! Waste of £80!!

Too large and deformed front pocket
it's a very large American-style backpack which is too big for my needs. I needed a 17" laptop bag but nothing this huge.I wanted a backpack which was a hard-type so that the zips could open with ease on-handed (like with the Dicota mission backpack). It is a hard type but the front pocket gets deformed into the main body of the bag and it means that you can't open it one-handed. One thing I like in a backpack is to be able to open it one-handed in the street to get something out easily.Otherwise it would have been fine. The quality was reasonable and it has lots of pockets without going overboard.

Don’t bother buying this item...
It’s only designed to last a few months short of a year...I wouldn’t bother buying this or recommend this item to others. It’s a really poorly designed bag with flaws in the stitching and the zippers...
