Great Case only downfall is finger print sensor
Great case, pen works absolutely fine. Fingerprint sensor does not work even with the film which they gave. Face recognition and pin helps to unlock the phone. there are no other case. it would be glad if they had a cover for pen and charger port.

Room for Improvement
First off, the outer shell is alright. The textured grip is ok but there isn't much give. I was hoping for a slightly softer touch. The back panel is VERY rigid, which is good and bad. If you want a pop socket on the back, taking it off is a beast. But mine is holding tight and no issues there.The front with built in screen protector is a whole other story. If you so much as touch the fingerprint film with you nail, it leaves a scratch which is immediately visible once you install the case to the phone. I hate it. Also the instructions leave much to be desired for the small piece with 3 yellow tabs. I assume its for the camera but since I am not absolutely certain, I have not used it.I have already ordered another case from another vendor (which offers more colors) and will be swapping immediately to it. This case will strictly be a back up due to the scratch on the fingerprint film.

Fingerprint scanner has problems with this screen cover
I feel like it is pretty sturdy on the sides, as there are essentially two layers to the phone case. The screen cover feels a bit loose and, though not super noticeable, it is not securely against the screen. I liked that there are raised edges and the fingerprint scanner cover really didn't seem to do anything for the phone, as it didn't work with my fingerprint even with the sensitivity increased. It also left a noticeably darker spot on the screen that bothered me. Overall, I will keep using this one for sturdiness to protect my phone and may replace it if the case gets damaged. It is a bit difficult to register the fingerprint now that the screen cover isn't firmly on the screen.

The fingerprint area will not work again
The fingerprint area is not good. Once you put the protector this never works again.

Did not like the screen protector
I purchased this case for the built in screen protector. Unfortunately, it is the part that i cannot stand the most. The screen protector is not flush with the screen. There is a gap between the screen protector and phone starting about half inch from the edge of the screen on both sides. So when texting or doing anything on screen like the edge appn it is difficult to get to and you have to press really to get the protector down to the screen.I plan on returning this. May try one without screen protector.This review is for Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
