StarKist Tuna Creations Honey BBQ , Single Serve Pouch, 2.6 oz

I am not a huge fan of tuna, but the hickory smoke flavor (not at all overpowering) was just enough to make this a tasty tuna to eat straight, on crackers or as a sandwich. I like that it is low cal, low carb and low fiber, so it works for just about any diet. Just reordered another dozen packages.

Best flavor you can get and a great deal. High protein low calorie just what you need.

I buy these packets mostly for convenience as they are more expensive per ounce. I also (sometimes) enjoy the flavor variety rather than just plain old tuna. I was hesitant on the honey bbq. The tuna in these packets aren't chunky or very flaky..mostly a moist mound of tuna, so I was banking on the flavor to shine. It did not disappoint!! I pulled out a soft tortilla and spooned the tuna on. Must admit, I wasn't excited to eat it, but it smelled good. It looked like Lloyd's bbq pork..you know the red tubs of bbq meat that are pretty darn tasty. 😋. The first bite tasted just like that!! Like bbq pork lol. It was surprisingly good and I had wished I bought a few more. If you love tuna, this is a great change of flavor .if you don't like it to much, this may change your mind. My palate found this remarkably yummy.ADDITIONAL REVIEW: Also tried bacon ranch but can't give its own individual review since I gave the honey bbq a 5 star review... so I'll add it here..bacon ranch is a hard pass imo. Flavor is lacking. Its kinda like tuna salad but it's neither creamy or tasty. It's not horrible but not spectacular. It's far superior adding ranch/mayo to a regular can of tuna and shake in some bacon bits. 2stars.

I added these to my meal planning. Easy to carry, store and less thinking about what to make. These have increased the number of protein in my meals without adding high fat or calories. It also tastes great!

A little cat food looking & I expected to be blah. Nope! Worth the money, it's Starkist; packaging way more convenient than cans, I've tried lemon pepper & herb & garlic. Quantity amazing! I use two packs, mix w/ one pack brown rice; no spices needed! Flavorful, NOT overpowering. Filling! I have to share w/ dogs. Yum yum!

This has become my favorite flavor of all of the tuna creations that I have tried recently… and until now I wouldnt have ever tried these readyish to mix bags… too frugal and too picky for my Costco white albacore tuna to try something new… but these just hit the spot! I decided to step outside my normal box and give them a try… love the flavors and the quick mix options, while also understanding the major cost for these tiny packets compared to a regular can!

I love the flavor. It may not be for everyone, but it makes me feel happy, like Tuna Salad. It tastes like more calories, but is not. I will buy again

Absolutely delicious. This is the best way I’ve found to get Starkist tuna without having to go to the States, and at $4 a pop they’re a great price too

Happy to have found this product as I can't seem to find it anywhere else, but it is a tad more expensive than I would have expected/hoped
