The bike came in a big box and there were some assembly required. I got the 16 inch blue bike. The only thing that I didn’t understand was it said 16 inch bikes and above require handbrakes, however there were none included in the box. The instructions mentioned assembling them also, so I was a little confused why they were not provided. Other than that assembly was easy, it came with little tools. I think my son will be excited on Christmas.

This bike is perfect. My 2 year old granddaughter figured it out quickly. Great product.

Well made and really easy to put together. Seat and handlebar adjustments should fit 99 percent of kids.

Such a solid well-built bike!

I never had a bike this cool when I was a kid. It has a "greaser" chopper look to it, if you know what I mean. The flat-black paint almost makes it look powder coated, the white wall tires are a nod to the 50s, and the tan/brown seat and grips finish the vintage look.Assembly was easy, and it nearly came fully assembled (all the hard stuff was already done). As with any bike, I'd recommend you not attempt to assemble it the night before or day of a kid's birthday. I'm always surprised by all the reviews from people complaining that there was an issue and no time to fix it. Plan ahead, parents!Although this bike came in excellent condition, I could see how the fenders could easily be damaged in shipping (based on how they packed things and the thinness of the metal). But again, mine arrived nicely.One other thing: They include a basic wrench, but assembly is a whole lot easier if you also have either an adjustable wrench or a set of metric socket drivers.

Bought this bike for my grandson's birthday. Great gift for 4 years old. To be honest, I was amazed at the good quality of workmanship and simple assembly. earned 5 stars. In the summer, my grandson will learn to drive.
