Of the 3 GSeats that I have purchased and use, it is perfect for the purpose sought---additional support for core mat workouts. It is also the 'softest' in density, and light-weight that makes it flexible for various uses such as car seat support for daily driving, computer work, restaurants, air travel, etc. Love the fun color and so comfortable that you really don't notice it while sitting.If you need more support or have a tailbone injury, the original GSeat is a better choice as you work on developing your core muscles. I began with G Seat Orthopedic Gel Chair Comfort Cushion and have gotten relief by just sitting on it in an ergonomic posture for an hour. And now available in the fun colors (beyond the boring black) = brighter colors mean you are less likely to forget it.p.s. I am vertically challenged (5 ft. 1 inch) and I love the additional seat height for driving visibility.
