DHS Zinc Shampoo, 16 Oz (Pack of 2)

The DHS Zinc Shampoo has been great for my sensitive scalp! From the first wash, I noticed a significant reduction in itching and flaking, and my scalp felt so much healthier. The pyrithione zinc formula works wonders in controlling dandruff and soothing irritation without being too harsh.Unlike other medicated shampoos, this one doesn’t have an overpowering scent, and it lathers nicely, leaving my hair feeling clean and refreshed. It does leave hair a bit dry but it is very effective on the scalp. It got rid of the flakes and itchiness in a week.

It has no real scent which for sensitive skin is great. The shampoo has the effect of eliminating my white flaking scalp. I only need to shampoo now twice a week also.

This is the only product I use and I've used it for years.

The product itself is very good, but was packaged in a loose fitting plastic bag. Some of the contents leaked out into the plastic bag. Not sure why they don’t shrink wrap the plastic bag so as to eliminate the potential for the product to open up during shipment. My order before this current one arrived in a shrink wrapped plastic bag which prohibited the above issue.

I have been using this for a year or so. I am allergic to a lot of ingredients in other brands and found this on Amazon. I could not be happier. It cleans and takes care of the flakes and itches perfectly. I wish they also had a conditioner because it dries out the hair a bit.

Zinc shampoo from a dermatologist sample has the same ingredients as the one of the same name but more expensive. Maybe an older version. Works great. Leaves my hair fuller, manageable and without flakes. Quite expensive so the 2 bottle package works out better. Scent is neutral. Hair looks clean and shiny.

As I’ve aged my scalp has become more “itchy” almost to an intolerable level. My dermatologist handed me a couple sample size DHS Zinc Shampoo. I’ve since bought my supply.This product and the Rinse has proven to be Refreshing. I am noticing and increasing level of Relief from the “itchy’s” and finally I can enjoy some better sleep and have quality Rest.Give it a good three week try. By the Way, my hair quality is improving too.
