Kind of disappointed.
Product is very weighty. Marble is a natural product, but I did expect veining to be earth toned like the photo and not dark gray. Pump is not such high quality and jiggles somewhat. The filler on the side seams of the marble has some empty spots and I will probably use some spackle or white grout to remedy that. The most disappointing thing was the carved marble threads attached to the top. They could also use some filler. One dispenser was carved fine but the other one was so sharp/pointed I almost cut my finger on it. Also, the liquid soap I put in the dispensers is colored pink, but when the soap has been in the pump for a day, the next pump of soap comes out blue tinged with a dark droplet inside. So there is definitely some kind of chemical reaction going on inside the dispenser top. Two colors of soap isn't a good thing. - Most of the other marble dispensers I researched had reviews that said they leaked, so I went for this. I hope they don't turn out to leak, too. If they do it will be over $50 wasted. Note that all the 5 star reviews attached to this are for other products. Mostly the soap dish offered by this manufacturer. - If I knew the $17 brass pumps offered on Amazon would fit this dispenser, I would buy them. Even though the manufacturer gives the opening/thread dimensions, I'm reluctant to go more "in the hole" for these dispensers. They look okay, but seem to hold about 4 oz.

It fell apart from water!
Since this is a soap dispenser I’d expect it to be able to handle getting a few drops of water on it now and again. However, after 3 months of using it, occasionally in a spare bathroom, the glue holding the sides together has deteriorated and one piece of the “marble” has begun to disintegrate. It’s trash now. Useless.

It came nice packed, and very well in time
Very disappointing! It came nice packed, and very well in time, unfortunately is falling apart in many pieces in only 4 months. I liked it so much, so but now I have to buy something else!

Pour compléter ma salle de bain avec mes équipements en marbre, j'ai aussi acheté ce distributeur de savon, livraison un peu longue, bien emballé, costaux, lourd, conforme à la photo, très bonne contenance bref...J'aime bcp.cependant, Veilliez à bien déverrouiller la pompe avant utilisation.
