Taste good
I have used these for almost a year. They have a good taste. Granted, I have been wearing a mask in public, but I haven't had a cold in over a year. Perhaps it has helped my immune system, but I have no scientific data.

Elderberry gives them a nice fruity kick.
It really does taste like a piece of chocolate candy. I take several supplements and medications during the day so it’s nice to not have to swallow another pill. I only started taking these a few weeks ago so I don’t know how effective they are but they contain 100% DV of vitamins C and D plus elderberry and zinc so they should be effective.

Shipping issues with heat!
Love these immune bite! Great taste and feel better when taking them!What I didn’t like was due to the extreme heat they melted together! 😩. I’m hoping they have bettered their shipping procedures to keep them from melting! (I just reordered fingers crossed they won’t melt again). Their customer service sent me out another bottle with express shipping.
