I usually don't get this here, but I ran out of it and happened to see it here. I've used this for a long time to give me the boost that I need. I don't use it to work out, but whenever I'm feeling beat, this gives me what I need.

I have no idea if these helped or not as I was also on statins and other supplements.My last blood test had super wonderful readings for my triglycerides and cholesterol.So I will reorder as long as the price stays cheap enough for almost daily use.I came across these accidentally and had never heard of them before but figuredthey couldn't hurt and the price was not going to break us so will continue use.In fact I am taking a break off the statins for 3 months so I will be able to gauge these better.Hope to leave a better review in about 6 months time.

I discovered this product nearly 20 years ago when I had, what was most likely, the beginnings of gall bladderpain, as I was under immense stress at the time. I had begun taking this, first twice daily, then once daily ever since and have had no such pains since. (I do recommend consulting with a doctor first, as did I).

Makes you not feel STRESS. You can put it in the blender and blend up the whole bottle and add it (in small amounts) to your stressed out and PMSy Teen's foods and I am not kidding, life will be a lot easier. Takes a few days to work. Google it. It's used to settle down Race Horses!! Google also "anxiety and Gamma Oryzanol". It has no flavor. I use it for me also!So I don't respond in kind to my PMSy Teen!

Must work well for some folks. Just didn’t help me.
