Love these pads. My baby drinks a lot and wiggles a lot throughout the night. So if he happened to sleep through the night, he inevitably used to wake up soaked in urine in the morning. I use there inside a diaper a size larger than he normally wears during the day (so there is some room inside and for higher overall absorbency) and they don’t leak, never bunch up and don’t irritate his skin (unlike Sposie, which are twice as expensive, have no adhesive, bunch up and move like crazy, cause leaks and irritate his skin causing diaper rashes, which he never gets otherwise even wearing the same diaper all night). The trick is to make sure the diaper is high and tight enough that the elastics around the legs on the diaper have no gaps and the pad is inside those leg ‘sideguards’. I also use those for long car trips, etc. and it definitely saves us from extra clothes changes and car seat cover and baby carrier washes!

Since babies r us closed I've been on the hunt for decent pads for my son's overnight diaper. Although these are thinner (which made me nervous at first) they work GREAT. We haven't had any wet pj incidents since purchasing &using these pads.Update:We still use these with an overnight diaper (1 size up from his usual) and they never leak HOWEVER they explode at least once a week and we need to put him in the bath to wash all of the little gel beads off of him. That can be Pain but it's better than him being soaked through the pjs every morning!

All I can say is wow - I wish I had discovered these sooner. They are so much better than the brand that is specifically marketed towards babies/toddlers. These are thinner, have stronger adhesive, and are way more absorbent. We have not had a single leak since switching to these nearly 2 months ago. And they are a much better value for the money. Having 2 kids in diapers, getting 200 of these at a time is great deal because we know we will use them and won’t be running out any time soon! Highly recommended!!!!

These are NOT quite as soft as some of the other booster pads on the market, but it doesn’t seem to bother my kiddos. They are both super soakers at night and they have PLENTY of absorption for us. I don’t even have to use night diapers anymore with it, just slap it on a regular diaper and they hold up overnight. Way cheaper than North Shore and does the job!! Sticks well enough to stay i place!! Will buy from now on

A good value especially compared to many others. My only negative is that there seems to be a bit of excess adhesive on one of the ends on the absorbent side where the sides touched when folded. That extra adhesive can stick a little where you don't want it to.

We have been using these booster pads as a more affordable liner to our twins diapers. These stay more secure in the diapers than the name brand boosters. Just remember to fold in half if you have a boy to catch all the extra liquid and keep the ends of the booster in the diaper. If any of the booster pad is exposed on the top, you will have leaks. Our sons now sleep 12 hours straight, leak free.

Works well for my 9 month old who is a stomach sleeper. I love that it has the sticky back so it stays in place on the diaper while I try to put the diaper on my active 9 month old son (he always tries to roll over onto his stomach during changes). We haven’t had any middle of the night leaks so far! This was an affordable option for me and am very pleased with the outcome of the product! I highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible! Very small and offer no extra protection at all! Might as well use a sanitary towel !Complete waste of money.

I have to wear diapers now and it has been hard to find one that did it all. So I started to look for ones I could combine and found these little gems to help through the nights, so I could at least feel dry so I could sleep for more then a few hours. These instantly absorb the urine, unlike many adult diapers made now. They ask allot of money, but the diapers don’t show why. If you are sick and do not have insurance that pays for necessary items like this, it can add up very quickly. So the price of these liners helps a great deal, so even if you use two or more at a time it’s not going to break the bank. I don’t have a choice in the matter, and it’s nice to wake up and still feel dry. But anyone who has to wear adult diapers can appreciate that. The one problem is that they seem to run out of stock very quickly, so I would suggest when they are back in stock to buy more then one box, because I will be. I hope this helps in your decision. Coming from a wearer who has been trying to find the right fit for me so to speak.

I use these to boost the absorbency of my cloth diapers both for a night for my 8 month old and every diaper for my toddler. Helps reduce the bulk that cloth diapers tend to have with the need for so many cloth absorbency layers but still hold way more fluid then the absolute best cloth absorption inserts. I’m very happy about them! These don’t reduce cost of a diaper in comparison to a disposable diaper but are easier on the earth, if that is something that your into.

Great value for your money. My son was wetting through his diapers/pajamas/sleep sack nightly and this product has reduced it to maybe once a week. It's easy to use like a woman's pad - just peel and stick!

Don't judge these pads by their size. I was hesitant about using these because they were so small. but they are the best of their kind. I tried them because they were recommended by Amazon. Thank you.
