I am actually really amazed with how comfy this pillow is. I have tried many, many different pillows over the last few years, goose down, synthetic, memory foam; Eventually settling on the bamboo ‘Panda’ pillow. Which is a really nice, dense enough but not heavy, memory foam but I found that I was always trying to bunch it under my neck to get a bit more support.I looked into this kind of pillow on Amazon as something like it turned up on my Facebook feed (almost like they know everything about you....right.....) but wanted to buy on Amazon for the security of knowing where I was buying from etc.I looked at few with this shape with the neck support and with and without the ‘wings’ and arm holder bits; eventually settling on this particular one simply because I liked the colour and look of the cover (grey and soft). I have to say I was sceptical and didn’t expect it to become anything other than a spare room pillow that an unsuspecting guest would have to use (when of course we can have other people in our household....)....2020 what a year.....However, I am SO HAPPY with it. I have used it 2 nights in a row and both times woken up without a stiff neck and felt as comfy as if I had only just laid down on it.It actually does what I wanted it to - support my neck - and is very soft and feels really amazing to sleep on. I am a restless sleeper and find I change positions a lot in the night so usually with a feather or synthetic pillow I have had to ‘replump’ in the middle of the night to get comfy. This one supports my neck whether I am on my back or side and I don’t have to shuffle around when moving positions.AND, would you believe it, the arm rest bits actually feel like they are not just a gimmick. I sleep with my h=arms above my head and they fit very nicely into the specially designed grooves.Points to note:I am used to a memory foam pillow so it could take some getting used to for those who aren’t.I would like another cover for it. I don’t know if they sell them separately but it would be great to have another fitting one rather than put on a standard pillow case when the other is being washed.I am not too sure if I could sleep on my stomach with it the way I have it (there are 2 levels of support just from turning the pillow around) but I don’t think this will be a problem for me as I don’t tend to sleep that way much. Those who do would probably have the pillow constantly on lower level anyway.On a further noteI have bought another one for the hubby, who snores like a frickin jack-saw when he slips off his pillow and his neck constricts.....I am hoping this will cradle his delicate neck and stop him from snoring so I don’t have to punch him so often in the night or end up constricting his neck for him......;)

I have a mountain of pillows in my room which have all been bad for me- not enough support, gave me bad neck pain, just not comfortable.Went for this pillow because the reviews seemed good and I liked the price point. So I was expecting some headaches while adjusting to the pillow and I tried it out for a few minutes at a time throughout the first day and did experience the kind of ache you get when there is pressure on your head/neck. That night I got a headache when getting ready to sleep and was feeling a little :S but I fell asleep with no problems and slept very well and woke up feeling less achey than usual in my neck and back.It's been about a week since I first got this pillow and I've been sleeping very well since using it. When I do wake up during the night- I've noticed that I feel calm and comfortable rather than frustrated that the pillow needs adjusting (which was the case before with my other horrible pillows!)I'm a side sleeper and this pillow works well for that, sometimes I need to adjust where I lay my head so that it's more comfortable but once I've found the right place I feel very supported and light. When I lay on my back my shoulders feel more level now because of this pillow which is great!I hope this pillow continues to give me support and comfort for many years to come!

I think this is a really good pillow design. The pillow itself is comfortable. It takes a bit of a while to get used to it and I’ve definitely noticed that my neck is not so stiff in the morning. Reason for four star is that I’m quite broad and I could do with a little more support as I side sleep. The side sleeping wedges are quite small and although there are two size options, I find the larger of the two is still not quite big enough or long enough. However it is comfortable and definitely less aches and pains in the morning

I purchased this pillow to help with some extreme dental pain i was experiencing. With a normal pillow my neck bends forward and i bite down very hard causing me to wake up due to numb and painful teeth/face. When the pillow arrived my head was so painful i could barely stand the pressure on it. I used the pillow immediately and for about three nights it took a bit of getting used to. I found the smaller side better suited to my anatomy and keeps my neck in perfect alignment for a sound sleep. Since using the pillow i have not woken up with TMJ pain or numb or painful teeth. The dentist recommended a guard. I have used one but i still bite down on it and it makes me gag. This pillow was the perfect solution. It's impossible to bite down using this pillow.The pillow had a fairly strong odour when i removed it from the packaging. It had dissipated by the evening.I would deduct half a star because i don't see any reason for the wings on the slimmer side being shorter than on the fatter side. If they were the same length it would make rolling over a simpler task. As it is you have to roll over on the spot.Despite that i would definitely recommend it. No more dental and/or TMJ pain. Definitely worth it.

Had a neck injury and this pillow really saved me. Couldn’t sleep without it now!
