Wall Street Journal 9 Month Print & Digital Subscription (New & Renewal) [Starts in 5 Days]

I was skeptical however things worked out. I have noted my subscription end date on my calendar, so you will hear from me in 2016. good cost savings. the start date was late but I contacted WSJ customer center and I got Wednesday & Thursday today. The online started on time.

Well, where do I start. I noticed the price dropped by $10 just after I spent $99, and now it's $89.This is not a painless procedure. I exchanged 8 emails and 4 "live chats" with WSJ and just now have it working correctly. This is advertised as being either new or renewal. Wrong. In the snailmail I received a flyer stating that they are unable to extend (renew) existing subscriptions. When this order kicked in, I was receiving 2-3 copies of the WSJ each day, and I could not persuade WSJ to just cancel my overdue subscription which was on my online login. I also was unable to get this new 39 week subscription under my login. The folks at WSJ are so incompetent I escalted to the highest VP for which I could find an email address. WSJ invented some new fictitious email address for me, which of course I could never respond to their verificatio emails. I spent at least 8 days, and hour each day, working to get this new subscription in my existing account login. Turns out you cannot cancel an account via email, online, or via live chat.Find a discount supplier that actually can extend (renew) an existing subscription. Yes I saved a lot of money, but with all the headaches and grief and the constant incompetence of WSJ I'm not so sure it was worth it. I will look elsewhere for sure when this subscription expires.

It took a little while to get the access code for the digital version, but they were very responsive to emails. Overall, I would buy this again.

DO NOT buy this expecting a print and DIGITAL service. It is print only...false advertisement. I just got of the phone with the actual WSJ customer service who refused to take responsibility for the botched order saying they do not control "third parties". After five weeks, I have received only two Saturday editions (zero weekdays). How could a business publication get it so wrong!

Dow Jones kept me out of on-line edition.

Everything worked fine. Received my subscription quickly and the price is great.

Affordable subscription to online and print version of Wall Street Journal. Lowest price I have found for what is an otherwise expensive subscription.

Poor interface with actual WSJ support took 5 interactions for the paper to start up delivery
