GELighting 79368 LED Bright Stik 10-watt (60-Watt Replacement), 760-Lumen Light Bulb Non-Dimmable with Medium Base, Soft White, 1 Box (3 Bulbs Total)

My children had a little fun last week...and my night lamp bulb was one of the fatalities...it was scattered all over the room. I quickly went onto Amazon and looked for a replacement bulb (the old one was a CFL spiral bulb 60W equivalent.) I found this pack of 3 and decided, for the first time, to give LED lighting a shot.The first pleasant surprise was, what I missed in the product details or it isn't there at all, that the bulb is not glass! Which is obviously a huge plus to replace something that already saw what children do to lamps... . To the not-so-good side, I somehow had a misconception that an LED bulb wouldn't be so hot, but in truth this - particularly the base but also the plastic - gets really really hot.As far as brightness, this one makes a pretty better job than does the CFL 60W equivalent, maybe it is its shape or something else, but it makes for a nice and useful nightlamp bulb.​

Put in light bar above the vanity.

Nice bright white and long lasting. Used them above the bathroom mirror. They are much cooler than the incandescent bulbs.

I purchased these to use in outdoor fixtures that require a narrower bulb. They are on all night and have performed without issue through some very cold weather. While I would prefer that they were a bit brighter, for the couple of months they’ve been in place, they are working well.

I have waited a few months to post this review as I wanted to see how they held up from a quality standpoint. Well it has been several months now and they are all working strong. I am really impressed with these bulbs. The color temperature is absolutely perfect without any of the blue that LEDs typically produce. The bulbs don't take a few minutes to warm up (unlike CFLs) and can be disposed of easier than CFLs. The bases do get pretty warm which does concern me a little bit as generally electronics and heat don't go well together but I've gotten several months out of them so far without issue. The GE name cost a few more dollars than some other brands but at this point I would have to say it is worth it.

Fit perfect

I like the GE LED Bright Stik family, for my first experience with them I used their 100W daylights for all my outdoor outlets during the night and it really brightens things up. These warm 2700K 60W equivalents are a great interior solution for room lamps for example. I like the consistent construction and their shape, they are also somewhat cooler to the touch than others. Prices on LEDs have dropped considerably in the last few years as they've commoditized, I highly recommend these.

Works well. Will have to wait to see how long they last.
