Very pure product that works
I really like this product. I like my products as pure as possible. I see some people don't like that it doesn't dissolve completely, but I like that they are not adding agents to make it dissolve. I think why it could taste odd to some is that it isn't sweetened. I have another one I use and after a month or so it sticks together from the sugar content. This product does not do that. You know the extra energy you feel is from the product vs sugar content. Yes, A little bit is left undissolved in the last swallow, but that really does not bother me. If you have ever used pure green raw stevia for example, that doesn't dissolve either. The purest of products don't has been my experience. Ordering my 6th tub now. It is my favorite one out there.

Okayyy
Tastes like a liquid vitamin which isn’t pleasant but I got it for the benefits and not the taste.

Keeps you hydrated!
This is a product my friend who works for UFC PI told me to get. It’s packed with electrolytes and tastes great too. Minus the fact that it has a pee color yellow to it, it’s great. The company is well known for trustworthy products and I can certainty feel the difference when I’m training and taking this. This is good for pre intra and post workout.

Does not dissolve...no matter what...
As other folks have said, two drawbacks for me. Taste is a bit funky - hard to put my finger on it but it just has an odd taste and definitely has an after taste. I could live with that as many of these types of powders have weird tastes. But the dealbreaker is it's lack of dissolvability. No matter how much you mix it, there is always residue at the bottom of the cup. Even after adding additional water or other liquids and stirring aggressively; always something in the bottom. And it leaves a chalky residue behind on any container you use - which does not come off easily. So the fact it never dissolves completely and leaves a residue, I wonder what's being left behind in me...

Worth trying!
I have recently been in the hunt for a good electrolyte supplement to help with hydration for workouts and everyday life. I’ve tried some familiar brands that most know such as Liquid IV, Drip Drop, LMNT, BPN, Skratch, NUUN, etc. so i wanted to give Thorne a shot.First impressions of the taste, it is mild and has an odd after taste with somewhat of a chalky feel. It’s not horrible by any means, but usually when drinking something with loads of sodium, i expect to taste the saltiness and this doesn’t have that sensation. Be honest, i probably will finish the bottle but won’t get another. As far as performance goes, there isn’t some kind of huge performance boost that I’ve felt but i will say i do feel more hydrated and haven’t cramped during any HIIT or endurance runs and that’s a win for an electrolyte powder.Recommend you give it a go if you’re also hunting for your new go-to electrolyte powder.

Not feeling it
I purchased this product because it was reviewed by several reputable fitness / wellness publications as "Best Low Calorie / Low Carb Electrolyte Drink". Maybe it is, from a mineral content perspective. The problem is that you have to get it into your system to do any good. And that's a tough row to hoe. First of all, at the recommended proportion (1 scoop to 12 oz of water), it doesn't dissolve very well, leaving about 1/8" of sediment in the bottom of the glass. That undissolved sediment gives it the texture of Metamucil, which is not pleasant.it also has a hint of effervescence that reminds me of Alka-Seltzer. Strike two. It's sweetened with stevia, which has a horrible aftertaste that is fully evident here. Strike three. And even if you can get past all that, the lemon-lime flavoring is somehow too sweet and too tangy at the same time, with a horrible artificial flavor to it. It tastes better if you dilute it more, but it's not pleasant enough to sip on, and drinking 12 oz of water all at once is plenty for me, never mind 15-18. So, I'll choke down the rest of the container, because I can't see wasting $25, but I won't be reordering.

Perks you up!
Feeling old and sluggish - Thorne electrolytes might just put some bounce back in your steps. Thorne makes high quality reliable supplements, and their electrolyte powder works great. I take somewhat less than they suggest, and it seems to work well for me. I also take their Creatine and B12, which help muscles recover after exercise and improve brain function!
