Charging wire needs to be kept safely and used only for this device and not any other device.
It has been 10 days I'm using it. The charge has till now completed one 20 ltr bubble with easy and still going strong.It is a great product. Only thing is that the charging cable that comes along with the product should be kept specifically for charging this as we tend to use it charge other devices with it.Reason: this device needs a longer pin which is provided. Once it is defunct then other pins will not fit / reach the device for recharging. It is difficult to find a long pin like the one provided with the device.

Dead product in exactly 1 month : don't buy
Worked like a charm for a month.First time I charged it well and then the battery never went down. It was wow factor and we were really proud of our purchase. But then exactly in one month.. the battery went off. I charged it again and the red lights turns on and then goes off once it's charged.. but doesn't work . It's a dead product. It's like you bought a product for 1 months usage. Not at all worth it.i cannot return it as well as it's one month. Goes straight into the bin.Please don't go for it. It's a waste

Works like a charm
A few points to note:1. I thought it would be quieter. But its a pump, so I should have expected that2. The tube that you drop in the bottle should be sterilized periodically. The little owners manual says you can put it in boiling water to do so. Probably deserves to be highlighted more (I almost missed that)3. Sits freely on the top of the bottle (I thought there might be a bit of a seal there)These minor observations aside, this is a brilliant way to not have to turn 20L bottles upside down.

Great little convenience item! Good quality and great value for the money.
This is such a convenient little pump. It is very easy to use and the battery lasts a long time. The included hose is the perfect length and allows the pump to completely empty a 20 litre bottle. It pumps approximately 1 cup in 4-5 seconds so the flow rate is very good. It is very easy to install only requiring the spout and suction hose to be attached and they do not require any tools. We have used it continuously for 2 months and it is still working perfectly. The battery lasts 5-7 days on a full charge being used by 2 people for drinking water and some cooking water. A family may need to charge it more frequently. It takes 3-4 hrs for a full charge. It is great value for money and saves having to tip the bottles up everytime.

Excellent water dispenser, works with square bottles too
I needed this for so long, I previously used a plastic container as a bottle dispenser but the flow was slow and it use to take a lot of time to get the water, also only round bisleri bottles use to fit on it. While this automatic dispenser has ample flow of the water, it works fine with a power bank and you can even use it on square bottles. Its an excellent product and the price is fair

Pretty cool
I used only for 3 days but love it.. damn easy to use.. water pumps out pretty fast...n tube that falls in to the water jar has some heavy stuff in the bottom to make sure it won't float.Charge the unit with USB just like a phoneHook the plastic tube that brings waterHook the steel one which spits the waterPlace the unit on the water jarPress the button boom water comes out...pretty cool..

Go for it !!!!
Writing a review after almost a month and a half of daily use. The device is extremely easy to install and use. The battery lasts over four days with usage for four adults plus two dogs !!!! I was frankly skeptical about its longevity, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I've also noticed a definite reduction in wastage of water. Definitely recommend going in for this product.

A must buy
My RO broke down during this lockdown phase so we had to rely on bottled water. And it was proving to be difficult to remove water from those heavy 20ltr bottles as it would strain my back. But this one little gadget has eased my life a lot. No more heavy lift now. This little gadget attaches to the lid of the bottle and with on tap on the button you can get water. This has a buit in battery which you can charge using a usb cable that comes along with it. It works for days on a single charge. Out of the box you need to charge it for a good 2-3 hours before you can use it. Highly recommended if you have erratic water supply and you depend on bottled water.
