My husband is a vegetarian, but my son and I are not. I am forever adapting recipes to fit a vegetarian's palate, while simultaneously attempting to satisfy my own (as well as my son's). Sometimes this is not an easy thing to do. When I read the reviews about FriChik, I was very encouraged about this product. It seemed like many, MANY people loved this product and were so happy to have access to it here on Amazon, so I decided to buy a small can at first to try it out. Oh my goodness, I am SO GLAD I DID! :) This is really good! All 3 of us really liked it! We liked it so much that we immediately ordered this larger size (42 ounces) and when it arrived, we gobbled it up! Where have you been all of my life, FriChik?! :) We have actually ordered quite a variety of the Loma Linda products and I truly hope all of them are as yummy as this product is, because this is my new favorite food! :)

Frichik is a nice plant based option to meals. It works well breaded and fried as well as slice and cooked with mushroom gravy or in a potpie. It is a little expensive but what isn't these days.

This has been my favorite since I was a teen. You can eat with mashed potatoes or a broccoli salad.

I have had these before and love them. I was so happy when I saw them on Amazon. Thanks I will continue to buy them as often as I can afford. They are expensive for the amount that is in the can.
