Silicone Gel Heel Cups for Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Pain Foot Care(S)

The media could not be loaded.  You will have to watch my video. I purchased them to do one thing in hopes of my heel pain. It semi helped but I also didn't use them as their full intended purpose.

I’ve had 2 foot surgeries and I have heel pain. I thought these would feel good with the slit. They felt great for the first hour or so and then became hard as the bottom of my shoe. So would be great for your morning run, jog or walk. Don’t think they would be good for an all day thing.

The cushion was definitely there but the disappointment was they didn't stay in place

Overall, it's an OK product. It does what I want (for a heel spur/plantar fasciitis). It doesn't stay put in my shoe and it slides around. I tried using velcro without any luck. I wound up taping it to my bare foot with surgical tape every day. That was the best solution. Would I buy it again? Maybe

I have been suffering with heal pain in the bottom of my foot for some time and have used a variety of over the counter insoles which did not really help. My chiro suggested these. While I still have some pain these have helped the most of any I have tried. They cushion the heal and you can stack two on top for additional comfort. One con is that there are no instructions on the package and you have to figure which way to insert them. There is three marks on the outer edge of both heal cups on the same side. Seems like the mark should be on the opposite side for left and right. I can definitely tell when they are not inserted correctly as it is not comfortable. I ended up flipping one of the cups upside down so the outter edge was on the outside of my foot and it was fine. The other con is they don't really adehere to shoe and can slide around. I tried using tape but they still moved around.

I bought for a friend who was having serious heel pain. This design is working for her but too small was her only complaint. Heel pain was very bad, so this is a big deal.

This made it much more comfortable to walk. The only problem was trying to keep it from sliding in my shoe.

These stay in place and gel is soothing, although wish they were thicker. Placed one on top of the other to achieve a softer result for my heel. Overall still good though.

I was very disappointed with these. I thought they would have a lot more 'give' or 'cushion' when worn but, unfortunately, for me it was like walking on solid rubber.
