Durability
Great rucksack, but I was under the impression that Amazon delivery was FOC if you subscribe to Amazon Prime! Delivery £35, not impressed!!!

Not great for the price
The zip appears stiff, but does move, just takes a bit of force. Contacted Amazon to see if I was able to get a partial refund due to this issue and they wanted to charge me to return the item back. Not great customer service at all.
