Mailed to my granddaughter in Hawaii, for her birthday...I'm hoping she will love it!

I bought this Los Angeles Snow Globe for my daughter.Thought is was a perfect way to surprise her with tickets to California for her 16th birthday.When I received it, the city inside the globe was off centered.I contacted the seller and they provided a return label and sent another one immediately without even waiting to get the defective one back in return.I received the new one within two business days and it was perfect. The customer service gets 5 stars from me. No hassles. I love that.The snow globe is extremely well made and looks even better in person. Worth the $30 something dollars for sure. Bought this for my mom for Christmas and she loved it!! The shipping was fast and it was packaged perfectly. Nothing was broke when I opened it. It has glitter in the water and it plays music. Definitely not disappointed. Would definitely order from here again!
