So far, it is my favorite rice cooker. I ve had many brands but this is my 4th cuckoo, and am so glad I purchased this one. Not too many unneeded options.This one is legible, can see the markings in the rice pot it's white and stands out from the black finish of their pots. Most of them are all black and I can't see anything but this one! No problem !!Bought as a used item as were all the other purchases I've made on amazon, very minor scratches on heat pad in cooker that's it, it's perfect condition works well and easy to use!!,10 cup cooker is bigger than I would like but quality for this price, hard to beat!!!Seals incredibly tight, great water catch (big) well thought out in design and configuration had similar unit but this unit is superior to 5 qt unit I had returned, so glad I did.Lid doesn't fly up with force as the other units do when opened. Better visibility of controls and it comes with a rice paddle holder.Now if they could include retractable cord and a lid that doesn't jump out at you ! Japanese models are better optioned in that regard.I think it would elevate their user friendly critics. Japanese rice cookers seem more detailed in user functionality and ease of use!For me it'sa 10 +++Unit is 18 lbs I believe, so it is well made !!!Very happy with this item!!!!!!!Highly recommend

This model is one without voice notification for less price. Which is fine by me.Turbo mode is great for white rice. 8 cups of Brown, Gaba, and Mixed rice takes about 2 hours to cook.

Of all the rice cooker out there this is the best one that I’ve had. It fully cook the rice to the texture you want and keeps its texture for 2 days.

This rice cooker is very expensive compared to what you can buy for a lower cost competitive option. It is definitely worth the money, and although the rice takes a while to cook, it’s perfect every time. It is far better than our old lower cost option. Our testers would never go back to the less expensive competitive model.

I really want to love this rice cooker because we love our 6 cup Cuckoo. Easy to use. Nice rice pot with handle. Due to the little amount of time this product promises to cook rice, it burns and fries all the rice that is touching the pan(brown, hard, & crispy). The rice in the middle tastes fine and has a nice texture. However, extremely too expensive and new to be burning rice. Waste of money due to burnt and crispy rice that is not edible.

Korea rice cooker is the best ! I recommend

This cooker was recommended by a Korean buddy who swore this machine cooks the best ice and worth the money. In the end this machine cooks crappy rice just like the cheaper ones on the market with either mush or burnt rice. Definitely not worth the money or giving up the space in your kitchen to store it. Just use a pot. If I kept the box I would return it.
