Really good set. Comes with everything you need for a small paint job, brush are ok quality for price

Not gonna lie, I was terrified by some of these reviews, but I'd already made the purchase (and wayyy outside of the return window), so I got my paint and hoped for the best.The pieces I used were great! The 9" roller was better than my Purdy; roller stayed in place, no stutter when using, didn't unthread from extension pole, and the roller itself held a great amount of paint. Spread smooth and easy. Used both of the rollers bc they were so cheap, I didn't feel like washing them (I did save the actual roller). Cut in with the 2" brush, I've done this so often that I don't use tape and there were no mistakes. I cleaned and kept this too. The tray was flimsy but I had no complaints when using, and I moved that thing everywhere with no fear. Washed it once (painted on different days), but chucked after I finished the room. Everything that I chose to keep cleaned up easily enough (it's paint, not water), and I will buy again when I move on to the bedroom. I do recommend doing the painter's tape sweep with the roller (again, I didn't use the small one) bc lots of fuzz came off; my walls are perfect for the 5 minutes I took to do that.I am in no way a professional, but years of remodeling my home and YouTube has taught me tons of tricks. Smooth wall with eggshell paint, absolute smooth sailing.

I gave this 4 stars for only one reason: The small roller started falling apart after short use but that was no big deal for me. I have textured plaster walls (uggh!) and the large brush handled the job well.I was really surprised at how well the large roller held paint, didn't shred or spatter paint at all. Amazing actually. I fully expected this cheap set to perform like a cheap set and it didn't. I'm an experienced painter and I think this set is well worth every penny. I don't usually clean my rollers and just dispose of them after use and so I really like that this includes two rollers of each size. The sizes of the brushes are great as well. The blue pan can be used as a liner for an aluminum pan if you want something more sturdy but I didn't have any issues with it being flimsy and it was easy to clean up. All I did was soak it in hot water over night and then rinse it clean for another use.

I put 5 stars to get this review to the top. This is a ONE star review, the rollers are terrible, fluff pieces coming off constantly, you can see in my photo on the left of the roller a piece about to come off. Doesn’t create smooth paint finish, as you can see in my second photo of the popcorn effect.

Good for price

Paint brushes were decent quality roller frame was good however, the actual roller inserts left much to be desired. Didn’t really hold. Paint didn’t spread it out too good most likely would not buy again

This was a very good value. Thy tray is cheap and tenuous as it bends, so it could make a mess especially if using a ladder. The rollers are fine (using a quality latex paint) and clean up well for reuse. The small angle brush (1.5") is great - and worth the price of the pack, I could edge windows and trip without taping using it, and while I usually taped anyway as it takes less effort, in some places, such as the trim of the inside curve on an oval door window where taping is I just used this brush to do trim work, and it came out perfectly. I never knew what a quality room paint brush could do before.
