I am 6'1" 160 lbs.30- 31 inch waist . Slender /athletic build.I went with small size. If there was a smaller size probably could have went with that. I would say a large size would be bigger in the waist then you would need.

I’m 6’2 270 with a 32 pant length. I ordered an XXL and they are too long. I was too late to send back to Amazon. I would say there size chart is a bit off.
