Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick 28x4.5cm Frying Pan, Aluminium, 51112280010002, Black

I spent weeks researching the perfect frying pan to cook my eggs and shallow fry my kebabs. Perfectly cooked and very little oil used. 20cm is smaller than I expected, but I'm happy with this pan for its intended use: frying solo portions of eggs and the like. The non stick surface works well and should last a long time if cared for. The pan is very well made, with a perfectly flat underside that works well with my induction hob.Recommended, but definitely size up if you want to make more than one portion of anything.

The most perfect pan I've ever used in my long life, an absolute dream to use. Nothing sticks, food glides out of the pan perfectly cooked, easy to wash and look after. I've not used it in the oven yet but I'm sure it'll be fine and perform just as well. Not cheap but I wish I'd bought this years ago.

This pan is quite heavy so if you have little strength in your wrists and arms this is not for you.It cooks great and is easy to clean

Really nice pan, very good non-stick and hasn't chipped or marked yet although I am careful cleaning it. Very good for eggs.

I've had this frying pan for 6 months now and it's still holding up fantastically with a lot of use. Out of the box I rinsed with hot water and a soft sponge, then coated the pan with a bit of kitchen roll and a neutral flavourless oil (I used rapeseed,) then rinsed under very hot water again with the soft sponge to get rid of any residue, this is all explained well on how to do in the manual. But I do keep up with seasoning it every so often.I don't use any metal utensils with it, only wooden or spatulas so I don't scratch the pan. Food is always cooked great and comes out very easily with no residue, obviously still using oil or butter though.The pan cleans up great, hot water, washing up liquid and the soft side of a sponge, absolutely nothing abrasive (no dishwasher either) and then drying immediately. I've been taking very good care of this pan and it's serving me very well so far. I will definitely be buying more of this range in the future as I can see if I take good care of these pans they will last 20+ years to a lifetime.

Yep, you’ve heard this before - Le Creuset (unless you are extremely unlucky) is a one time purchase. Treat their products well and they will last years. This frying pan is well made, a good weight and the perfect size (22cm) for individual omelettes etc. Quality all the way and less expensive than most retail stores.

This is one of the best non-stick pans I have added to my culinary arsenal! I have been using it for over a year and it’s still in great condition. The pan is well built and sturdy! The size is great for making omelettes or multiple fired eggs!The only issue I've found is that food occasionally gets stuck to the handle rivets, but a good scrub clears these away!Highly recommend if you’re looking for a long lasting, durable frying pan!
