Zleep - Sleep Patches w/Dream Complex and Melatonin to Promote Quality Sleep and Reduce Tiredness

When I first tried it, it didn't seem to work. But after using 2 a night for a week I could feel the difference. At first it helped me sleep through the night waking up fully refreshed, even happy that I slept so good. No medication side effects that you get from sleep aids. In about 2 weeks it also helped to aid in falling asleep. I have not been able to fall asleep even with medication for at least 60 years (I was a teenager when insomnia started). So I am very happy this product is working. I do have to add that I do have to use 2 patches some nights.

Zleep is a joke, and is nothing but a modern day snake oil product. Even if they might work, the adhesive is absolutely worthless. I tried them on ever site on my body they suggest and it would take 20 minutes before it was somewhere on my pillow, my bed sheet, my bed. You couldn’t get these to stay on your body all night if you never moved. Duct tape might make them stay, but why bother? It was the biggest waste of $44 I have ever spent. If they actually work, you will never know, because the basic premise of having them stick to your body doesn’t. Just take melatonin from a tablet, works like a charm, and you don’t have to lay still all night and pray the adhesive works. Or, you could also just take $44 and burn it. You will get the same amount of sleep!

After years of insomnia I will try anything for sleep. So I thought why not try these, never used patches for anything in my life. I used for 3 weeks and did not see or feel a change at all. I am not sure about others, but mine did not adhere well. Most mornings I had to find them in the sheets. They may work for some but did not work for me.

Within the past 2 years or so the only change I’ve found is the adhesive might be slightly less adherent. The sleep is still wonderful on a restless night, however!

These didn’t work for me at first, but I kept using them and now they are definitely working good. They don’t actually help me get to sleep. I still have to take a Benadryl for that. But they solved my big problem of staying asleep for sure. I was constantly waking up to pee and finding myself fully awake and unable to get back to sleep. Using these, I have no problem falling right back to sleep and staying asleep until it’s time to get up. Also there is a slight issue of still feeling sleepy after it’s time to wake up, making it hard to feel energetic enough to exercise, which is my daily routine. But for the extra sleep, for me, it’s worth it. As other reviewers have mentioned, these do not have a very strong adhesion, so I would like to share that I have eliminated this problem by sticking them on flat spots of my torso rather than on my rounded arms and shoulders. When I stick them on my upper back and upper chest, they always stay on throughout the night.

I was unhappy with the product because you get a 30 day supply and they say it can take 14 days to work . It’s to expensive for that lag time and the patch kept coming off . I think the lag time is correct I’ve used it for 5 days and not working yet.

First of all I was bugged that when you open the package up, it contains a card inside that says it may take up to 10 to 14 days to work. At that point you've already opened the package and can't return it also by the time you use all of them its supposedly will start to help you sleep. The first night I cleaned the site where I was going to apply the patch and followed the directions. When I was leaving my bathroom, I see it laying on the floor. I had to put a bandage around it to make it stay on. I only used these for three nights, I kept waking up exactly every two hours and felt exhausted due to that by morning. I didn't want to do this for 10 to 14 days in hopes that it would work. Also why would it take that long for these to work, just very weird. They're too expensive for all that nonsense, I would just keep your money and look for something else.

I'm very pleased with the Zleep patches. They help me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wake up more easily in the morning, too. I do have weird dreams when I use the Zleep patch. When I started using Zleep patches, I put the whole patch on. I think this was too much for me (I'm elderly) -- I had the nightmares and felt sluggish in the mornings. So I tried cutting them in half. That seems to work well.Zleep patches have good adhesion -- not too much, not too little. They don't leave any residue. And they have a lovely lavender scent. I've read reviews of other sleep patches, and they seem to have more problems than the Zleep patches, such as leaving residue that's hard to remove, falling off, being made of cheap material. I haven't experienced any of those problems with the Zleep patches. They are more expensive than the others, but I think they are better quality. I'm pleased with the Zleep patches and will keep using them.
