after having trouble with sweat getting into my eyes when wearing a hard hat, I got these and they work great. On really hot days I do need to change them out.

This cap does what it should, as expected. We rode a couple hundred miles yesterday and this cap was pretty great for most of the day, kept my hair from having helmet head. By the end of the day we were all baking in 96 degree heat and humidity. At this time nothing on earth would have held up so the product met expectations.

Wish Amazon wouldn’t request a review the day after you get them. You have to try them out before an opinion can be written. That is why I only gave a 4 as the shipping was good and they do seem nice and not bulky. Wore one today in Florida and I believe it will work.

Good for summer! Not advisable for winter weather!

I use these skull caps for both sun protection (summer) and wind protection (winter), mainly to protect the ears. They are large enough to cover the ears, the material is stretchy and feels comfortable, fits well underneath the bicycle helmet. A must have for my exercise.

I use it under my bicycle helmet. These helmets are pretty snug, for safety reasons that require them to be tight to your head. Which means you really can’t wear anything over your head under the helmet. But this cap works - because it’s very thin. You can’t feel its there, while it does provide some padding to make the helmet a little bit more comfortable. It helps to break the cold wind. I’ll even double them up with no negative consequence, but warmer. These beanies will come down just barely to cover a little bit of your ears. Again good for breaking the cold wind a little bit. And at the end of the day, they absorb a little bit of sweat too; always a problem when you’re sweating into your eyes from under a helmet. I’m not sure if these beanies are marketed as additional items to purchase with a helmet but they should be. That’s why I originally bought them and how I use them and they were great for that.

Light weight and don't seem to squeeze my head.

These caps are comfortable and seem to remain in place well. They should be a bit bigger but overall a good buy.

My hat size is 6 7/8 to 7 -- a small head. These skull caps fit well, even cover my ears (but can be rolled to rest above them). I'm pleased with the purchase. They're are quite stretchable so, as other reviewers have written, will also accommodate significantly larger heads.
