It has got good stretch and is apt for any average healthy man like me.4. For triceps workout I use a metal rod to stretch the band and get resistant equivalent to 30-80 pounds depending on my standing position and distance from the hook.* Its great warmup for intermediate level athletes.5. For pull ups it did help me very well, as I started my pull up session with this band.*I weigh 75kgs FYR.6. Other various exercises can also be performed with this band which is very handy.7. Carry bag makes it very convenient to carry this kit on the go.8. Finally as per description this band comes with lifetime guarantee, which makes it unbeatable deal.So if you want a all-round band which is affordable and has decent quality, then certainly go for it.

The charcoal black loop has weight range of 45 to 105 lbs as shown in image not 45 to 145 lbs, e booklet missing, it is shown as an Indian startup but the bag clearly has Chinese address, what a shame

Band image is correct on app. While selecting for range of bands it shows 145 lbs, in actual it is 105 lbs which is clearly written on the band.

It's been a month since I got the bodyband X light band. I use bands at home when I cant get to the gym or need to do therapeutic healing at home. I was straight away impressed when I unpacked it. The neatness of the packaging itself convinced me that what is inside will be designed with equal care. I have been impressed fully and thoroughly with the elasticity of the band, the material feels durable, the colours are pleasant and make workout enjoyable (subtle but very important I think). And i'm just keen on ordering another band for the leg workouts.Great product!

Despite the positive reviews, I thought a lot before buying because I had no way of knowing if the quality would justify the price because let's be honest, the price is a bit on the steeper side. And having had no prior experience in resistance bands, I had no idea what to expect. Well I'm pleasantly surprised, to say the least. I've tried a bunch of different exercises and the band seems to do its job really well. It has that rubbery smell but it's not that strong and you won't notice it unless you have your face right up against it. The piece I received has a slight manufacturing defect in it. There's a small circular depression about a third of a centimetre wide and about a mm deep which gets larger when the band is stretched but I'm not sure if it affects the band's integrity in any way. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the purchase.P.S.- Love the seller's enthusiasm and knowledge. Keep it up, you guys

The products is reliable and strongAnd as promised it doesn't have that Rubber Smell!Really helped with my progressionIf you're above 75kg go with the black oneIts strong and supportiveRemember the resistance bands have a certain threshold level if your requirement is of black and you go with the red one and put a negative review that won't make any sense..Based on my experience from the Local resistance band and this one.. I would anyday prefer this band over the local one

It says 208cm but it is 104cm the length is not true can't download the eBook from the site I followed the steps but can't find the option bodyband X option
