Not Impressed!
Write up was a lot of hype. On 1st use the clip stuck and I had to wait until it totally cooled down to force it open. It is much thinner (lighter) than expected.

Don't buy this!
I've used it twice and the coating is peeling off. I cannot use it because the thin gray coating is chipping and getting into my cheesecakes.
