I am on my 2nd bottle, my daughter her 3rd. This has worked wonders for my 49 year old skin and my daughter’s 20 yr old skin. We both break out and have sensitive, combination skin. This product has worked better for us than prescription creams from the Dr.

The smell is weird at the beginning but you get used to it. This combination is more effective for seborrhea than just azelaic acid alone. Is an excellent alternative if you're looking for a natural NSAID.

I will say that this product definitely works. I purchased it after watching a few videos of skincare people on FB and they recommended a product that included the ingredients that are in this one. It had great reviews and I definitely see why. My face went form being extremely irritated and red as an apple every single day and now I have minimal redness and my skin is not nearly as irritated. I have only been using it for a few weeks, and I don't use it daily either. I'm excited to see the outcome down the road after more time has passed. The only con I would say is that this serum smells terrible. I initially was thrown off by the smell and did not want to use it. Since it is ON my FACE, i could smell if for at least 30 minutes after application. I eventually got a rose scented moisturizer to finish my face and it has helped with the smell. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars, fix the smell and it'd be a 5!

These products that include everything and the kitchen sink tend to be very hit or miss. This has been a huge hit for me. It has earned a permanent spot in my routine. I’m not sure what people are complaining about in terms of smell. It’s an herbal and woody scent which is to be expected in something with Hinoki.

I had never tried a 10% Niacinimide active, but being very sick with Covid did a number on my skin. I decided to try this out even though I am used to a 10% Azalaic Acid. I am so thrilled with how effective this product has been at clearing up my skin issues. If someone has sensitive skin, it may be a bit much but for anyone who is not sensitive, this should be a very effective serum. Cos de Baha keeps managing to hit home runs at very affordable prices!!

Smell is awful but not really a big concern of mine being that my moisturizer does smell good and helps cover it. When using remember less is more and it can be very dry, but it pretty works well. Wouldn’t recommend for sensitive skin.

I get several types of acne the worst of which is fungal acne, and also get whiteheads/blackheads. I can't use traditional skincare products because fungal acne/malassezia (feeds on oils/esters/lipids and tends to occur on forehead/nose/neck/back). And I can can't use most acne products because it still grows in oxygen so benzoyl peroxide doesn't work and salicylic acid just doesn't address the root cause. This helps my bacterial acne without triggering my fungal acne.It also seems to be very gentle, I can leave it on my skin all day and no dryness or irritation. I am glad they didn't include any fragrances because those also trigger my breakouts - if you want fragrance just add your own. I just wish they used butylene glycol instead of propylene but it's still one of the best acne preventing product I've found for my problem skin.It just seems like a great acne preventing product with no useless ingredients. My skin is sensitive to almost everything so it's hard to find products that clear my acne without causing another problem.

THIS IS MY *THIRD* BOTTLE OF THIS EXACT SERUM, I HAVE PCOS, AND WHEN MY HORMONAL ACNE ACT UP ON ME, IT JUST TAKES ME 2-3 DAYS ADDING THIS TO MY NORMAL NIGHT-TIME SKIN CARE ROUTINE TO MY BLEMISHES DESAPPEAR, I NOT A SUPER FAN OF THE HERBALY FRAGANCE THAT IT HAS BUT IT'S NOT THAT TERRIBLE.
