First off, this product looks really cool. It comes in a really rad paper tube - shows they care about how the product is delivered to you, but that is a very minor side fiddle to how well this product works. I try to stick meat-heavy diet, and these make me feel way better. I am pretty sure it is just a capsule full of voodoo as I can eat a steak, take one of these and feel like I can run a few miles without losing my lunch. Grab a bottle and be real jazzed about the results.

I used to get a funky feeling after eating too much meat. It would sit in my stomach for days after and I could feel the energy sap out of me. Now I take a keto boost post meal and I never have sour stomach. Love all the FRISKA items I have tried but this one is my favorite!

I have been Keto for 5 years. VERY successfully. I was very much skeptical of a supplement as my body was keto adapted but, well, holy moly. This changed my energy level and, well, digestive regularity. For folks that are doing keto i would only tell you, for me, this made a difference that is very noticeable.

Dislike. Experienced nausea and light headed feeling. Lack of energy and mind fog.
