I initially got the home and office off white first but wasnt satisfied it didnt go lower than the top of my waist line nor really get in my neck and collar due to the padding amount. The black 236 model is way more comfortable because it hugs you at the sides and your back fully rests on it. The off white model is against the middle of your back. Id say the off white model is good for the office, the size is more compact, folds flat, and lighter weight to carry. In comparison to the black 236, it weighs more, id probably never take it out the house. My only complaint with both of them is they dont do any justice to my neck and shoulders like i feel ig could. I guess i will get the neck and shoulders device and it would satisfy my expectations fully. The black 236 model goes down to your butt but stops around the bottom of your shoulder blades. The head part reaches the base of my skull to the bottom of my ear lope area and its a really weird ticklish feeling, im not sure if i like it. I think the black 236 model you can maneuver to get the angle youre looking for. Just dont have the expectation to sit and it do everything without you adjusting your position and choosing the spots.It would be nice if the head kneeders connected to the ones on the back or it was all one track it moved down the base of the skull to the butt area.

I purchased this back massager for my chronic back pain. I wanted a quality massager for a good price, and this one fit the bill. This one had great reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. One thing that I appreciated from the beginning was it was ready to go after taking it out of the box. All I had to do was connect and plug it in! The remote control allows you to select what type of massage you want. I tried them all and enjoyed them. The Shiatsu rollers go from your tail bone up to your neck. It also has a spot massager that targets specific areas of concern if needed. I really like the compression massage. It squeezes and releases your back and thighs and releases the tension. With the heat added, I'm is self-care heaven. Also, If you register the product, they offer a 3 year warranty. If you're looking for quality massager that does it all, I recommend this one.*The pictures show that you can attach the massager to any chair with the velcro strips on the back for security. Also the head pillow can be removed as well as the intensity control flap.

I purchased the Snailax Full Body Massage Chair Pad -Shiatsu Neck Back Massager with Heat & Compression, Kneading Full Back Massage Seat Portable Chair Massager for Back and Neck, Shoulder because I'm hoping it lasts. I've purchased so many types of back massagers over the last 10 years and usually end up wanting. They are too small or don't hit the right spots. This massager has almost everything you could want and I'm extremely happy with it.I've been using it for a few days, and I use it at various times throughout the day. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is a degenerative spine disorder, and it has affected my muscles throughout my entire back. I'm in pain most days with muscle spasms and knots so I need breaks to try to work them out. This chair massager has been very effective in relaxing my muscles and giving me the deep pressure that I need. Many others I've tried do not allow the pressure this baby does. Especially when you use the air seat and air back, it hugs you right in place, so you don't move away from the rollers.Speaking of the rollers, this is one of the things that makes it "almost perfect". They are great, don't get me wrong, however, they could go side to side just a few inches. The structure of the chair keeps you in place, centered on the seat, and the rollers move up and down while rotating but they only reach that center strip on either side of your spine. If you're like me and have multiple muscle issues, you know what I mean. I'm 5'5" &150lbs so I sit pretty well in the seat though I've found that the rollers, when using the full back mode, stop just below my shoulder blades :( I need deep tissue massage around my shoulder blades and can only get that by sliding down and sitting off-center on each side to reach them. This is because with the "neck and shoulder" section, at its lowest spot, it only puts pressure on the top of my shoulders and the base of my neck. I can feel there is another set of shorter nodes next to the protruding neck nodes that rotate with them, unfortunately, they do not reach my shoulders regardless of the positions I've tried. You can see in the photos I've tried to show the lower nodes and in the one with just my finger on top of the shorter node, you can see there is about a 3" difference in height.Photos also show there are 3 pressure levels depending on fabric removal. Full coverage of the full over flap, remove that flap and get 2nd level of pressure, remove the neck fabric (zipped) and a 3rd level of pressure.I'm thrilled with this product overall! It appears to be well made, you get extra warranty coverage with Snailax and my back is very, very, happy!

Very Functional. all in one massage chair. good vibration and can increase intensity. relaxes my sore and tight muscles. i love the fact that it can simultaneously works on neck, back, lower back and thighs. AND, compression too!I wish i had tried using the automatic function button in order to know what all it does. But i was in a hurry to use it!!. and later on started using Automatic function even if i'm sitting down on my chair drinking tea...looking outside my window.
