UPDATE!!Since my purchase Thanksgiving week 2014 all issue have been worked out. Excellent little tablet. I have only one problem and that is my Keyboard has never worked. I called Amazon first they suggested a full refund. I told them I loved my little table and didn't want a refund but they are not selling tablet any more. JDK said they could give me a refund they can't just send out a keyboard. So, I choise to keep my little tablet I have a Bluetooth keyboard that works great with this little tablet. Not Giving it back 😀 I love it.I do advise those that have had black screen issues or turning off and it doesn't come back on to hold out its going through a series of updates/bugs but it comes through like a Champ when its all said and done.I'm gonna stay at 4 stern because of keyboard not working. I wish I could buy 2 more for my grandkids. Great for Home/School.Very excited to receive my JKY tablet the day before Thanks Giving. Grabbed it from the UPS guy and left town to visit family for the holiday.(and show of m new tablet) :)Well, after dinner I decided to play with my tablet. I follow all instructions for getting signed on, everything was working beautifully, My pictures, mail, contacts an calendar synced right over. I was totally thrilled to see what my powerful little machine could do.Then I checked out the web IE worked very well. Now its time to get some apps' The problem began app store wouldn't open, ...... would appear but never open. Stay up till 3am recharging battery in between waiting to try again. Nothing, but dots flowing across the screen as if it were loading.Now, to say the least I'm very frustrated. I tried to go to pc settings to try to do update couldn't even get that to work. (pc settings)Then I called Amazon for help my tablet was on the charger at the time, so I asked if they could email me with instructions.Trying to find the email Or I will be calling Again.Stay Tuned for part 2 of my review ' I fell positive that I will receive the help I need for this issue. This tablet rocks!! Delivers on all the levels I needed it to. Has the ease of Windows and Internet Explorer that I'm used to, Google Playstore (downloaded my apps with no problems), connected to my Wifi seamlessly. Screen size is just right, not too large, not small. The nice keyboard case just takes it over the top. Great battery life. The touch screen is very responsive and pages open up quickly as well, no freezing or "page will not display" errors. I don't see myself ever going back to Android tablets after this (all of my previous Androids gave me nothing but problems). Would not have expected such great performance at this price from a brand I never even heard of before. Glad I took a chance on it.

Got my husband this for Christmas. He has had nothing but problems. The keyboard that attaches won't even connect unless you hold it upright, so the case it comes in that holds it up is useless. Which makes the keyboard completely useless. The touch screen is so touchy it keeps clicking things you don't hit. The internet keeps cutting out and it doesn't connect to my computer to transfer files. I feel I wasted money on this because it doesn't do anything right or anything my husband wants to use it for. Very upset about this. ..

My kid loves it!! Santa did well, but for some reason it keeps turning off without any type of notification that it will turn off and will not come back on for a while. We are assuming it is some type of update? But it doesn't tell you that it did an update. Besides that issue I have no others. I hope it is an update and not the tablet going bad. keyboard is hard. And Connecter magnet is weak. OS and Workprogram installing too 32GB is to small size.

Great budget windows tablet for the price. Used a 32gb microsd card and upgraded to Windows 10. I replaced the charger with a Samsung charger, only takes 4 hours to change instead of 8 now.

This computer didn't work.

Mine won't turn back on. Only used it once.
