Fireplace looks nice and works great. Remote control is useless and can control the different colors and power on and off and the two levels of heat. The front panel is nice and and completes the look. We installed this into a 2x4 structure that I created along with a mantle and I mounted my tv too. As you can see in the picture the fireplace looks nice in the white shiplap. The fireplace came securely packed and we had no issues installing or unpacking it.

Ok so the heat output even on high is not just super hot. But it is 10x better than my drafty ugly fireplace, and does warm up my living room. The different colors are beautiful, it is very quiet and the remote is easy to use. I love this fireplace!

So easy to install, I've received lots of compliments on the look, love the variety of colors and the remote control is a bonus. The heater is satisfactory for my 200 square foot area, just enough to knock off the chill. It's a great modern nostalgia look for my Cave.

This fireplace is my fav. I like it more than the 2 that were built into the house. It is easy to install. I initially had it in another room and didn’t like it. The guy easily returned to move it. It’s warm and has so many colors and levels of brightness. Love it!

I have this unit installed for a week. It is nice looking for sure. The flame effect is decent, but not great. Visibility is fairly good as well. The mounting bracket needs to be improved, it is way too flimsy in my opinion. As for the heating aspect of the unit, I wouldn't waste my time. First it is incredibly loud. Even with the tv or music on, there is no way to drown out the sound. Second, the heat output is fairly anemic. It is just for supplemental heat. I was fine with this albeit the noise is just not acceptable. You would be better off never using the heat option and plugging in a $50 electric heater. Much quieter and works better.Overall it's a nice unit. It's essentially a better looking Touchstone Valueline fireplace. I like that the face is clean without the ugly vent cutouts. I think I would have preferred the older Onyx series because I like the flame effect much better. I don't need all the colors. But my understanding from Burnbrite/Touchstone is that the flame effect has changed. Maybe I will buy on to see for myself.

The media could not be loaded. I like this a lot it’s very unique the heaters wonderful I like the timer on it and I like the different colors that can be used during the day.The remote control works great it was not difficult to hang up.

We had our fireplace for a little over a year and it started to make some noise. I contacted them via their website and they sent me a new part! Just had to show my purchase and a video with the noise. The fireplace is very nice and easily warms our small 22x22 living room.

Before I mounted this on my wall, I plugged it in to make sure it was working properly. The flames are beautiful and the heat is warm. It is a really beautiful piece and I will update once I get it on my wall. If you are on the fence about purchasing, you won’t be disappointed.
