Quality knife (thin and sleek)
Compact knife, thin profile, fits in a pocket with no bulk. Quite small in my hand, but I'm not using it for heavy duty tasks. Arrives sharp, and the spring assisted deploy is very responsive. Good value pocket knife for the price.

Really solid knife with excellent ergonomics, and a well thought out easy open mechanism.
It's a smallish knife, but perfect for what I use it for; opening packages, cutting rope, cutting plastic, whittling.Nice blade, came super sharp. Holds edge very well (I haven't sharpened it yet after a year of use, and only just now, it could probably use sharpening, but only just).Easy, one handed opening. It's a practical quick open mechanism, rather than some of the other slide out, or button operated ones. You can also lock it closed if you're worried about it opening in your pocket (hint: it can't, I don't know how that could happen, but it's a nice to have).Great grip, and super lightweight. If you want a light weight, super usable folder for a good price? I'd go with this one and have no regrets. The only thing you might want is a larger knife, and initially I did? But turns out it's perfect for my needs.

It's FAST and it holds an edge
Really like this blade! Super fast and reliable! So good I ended up buying one for each of my older kids! The feel of the finish is amazing and it really sits well in the pocket! Overall 11/10 for an amazing knife!

Nice, sharp pocket knife.
Very sharp, cuts paper and shaved hair. Good size a nice optional locking mechanism. Nice, firm spring gives great and consistent flipping action. Easy to operate with one hand. I like the sleek design, but the aluminum body threw me off as it feels somewhat cheap and as if it’ll break or something. I’ve gotten used to this after about a week and now I like it. I’m still weary about what would happen if it were dropped on cement… the steel blade is good but I feel that the tip may snap off if it were to drop while open. I'd recommend buying a ceramic honing rod to keep it razor sharp. Overall good quality for the price, and would make a nice gift for $50. I’d recommend.

A Beautiful, Functional Implement
I’d previously ordered (from here) a less expensive model of this brand that wasn’t made in the USA. It’s a great knife for the price but this is absolutely just a great knife! As soon as I picked it up, I could feel the difference in quality. The fit and finish was more tuned to aesthetics and functionality and the balance and materials were way nicer. Both tiers of knives have their places but this one is my EDC. I realize many more knives are much more expensive but for EDC, this is about my top price. The finish on the handles is what I noticed first. It feels nice and not slipppery as I had worried. It’s pretty light overall but not in a bad way...if that makes any sense. The finish of the blade is great, the edge was almost razor sharp out of the box and it holds an edge very well for me. The lock to prevent it from opening accidentally is nice because you can use it or ignore it.I’m loving this and recommend it (just not for prying as the tip is indeed small).

I wish it held it's edge longer, but it's a solid knife.
I've been using this thing as my daily utility blade for about 3 months now, and it really gets the job done. It's opened boxes, cut cords, scraped things off, and even cut my finger (oops!). I love the color and the ergonomics of it, but my only complaint is that the blade dulls rather quickly. This is typically expected of lower cost knives though, so it's pretty excusable in this case.

As Expected...
I have owned several Kershaws and many other knives from various makers. This Kershaw Leek arrived in two days from order and it is exactly what Kershaw claims it is. This knife is razor sharp out of the box. The grind angles on the edge are almost perfect. I have received knives from other manufacturers with absolutely horrendous grind angles on the edge of the blade. This leads to removing unnecessary stock from the blade upon resharpening. The steel used for the blade is very capable for an EDC pocket knife. It came razor sharp, holds an edge sufficiently, and is easy enough to bring to surgical sharpness if you have the skill. The handles are aluminum with stainless steel liners. The liners are on both sides of the blade making for a very sturdy knife. The lock up of the locking liner is plenty to keep the knife from folding up on your fingers during use. The lock will probably not stand up to you hanging from it, but THAT'S NOT WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED FOR!Yes, the point of this blade is somewhat thin, but I was looking for a pocket knife with a 3" blade. I don't need to split logs with this knife. I own an axe for splitting wood. I use my pocket knife as a tool several times a day. I have been carrying a knife for 35 years and I am 45 now. If you need a pocket knife that you are going to use for everyday things from opening mail to whittling at a reasonable price, this is it.
