I bought two of these--one for my mother and one for my father. They both love them and tool around their retirement community like twins. Other members of their community ask where they got them because they are just the right size and have great mobility. They can use them in their dining room without having to get out of the chair and walk to the table. Great product for a great price!

Battery does have a problem. I called the company and want to buy a new one ha ha 900.00 for one battery. So my husband has a trickle trickle battery charger takes about a week to charge but it works great now we keep the charger one it no problem.

Bought this for my Uncle. He used it for 8 days and loved it. Day 9 error code come on, cant charge or use it and the company I bought it from isn't prepared to repair or replace in 1-2 days. Stinks for it to go bad just as he was starting to trust and enjoy it.

This chair arrived and I was in it within 15 mins and it enables me to move almost everywhere, even tight places. The only enhancement I would like to have is bearings on the seat stem to make it easier to turn the seat. Other than that, it is excellent!

Battery wouldn’t charge within a month and a half. I tried contacting the seller, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Most likely, they changed their company name and reselling, but would not addressed the previous problems. Invest in a good quality chair other than this company.
