Works well. Got it because my beard was coming out just with a gentle brush with my fingers . I've been taking this daily and now not losing much as I run my hands thru my beard. Nice and strong and can tell it's more lively.Only issue I have now is i need to trim my nails more often 😂

Biotin was recommended to me from my hairstylist for hair breakage and growth. I have consistently used this product for a year and have to say my hair has never been so healthy. It has grown quicker than in the past. The small gelcap pill is easy to swallow and I have had no negative side effects. I take it right away in the morning with my other medications/supplements with no problem. I would highly recommend this biotin.
