Look good and functional
After purchasing Cherokee's cargo scrub pants (4000) with straight leg I opted to get these (WW190) with the tapered leg. The most important factor for this purchase was the function of the pockets. I love Landau 1 pocket scrub pants. However I needed room for instruments and tools and I was either holding everything or stuff was falling out and dropping. The pockets on these are perfect (both Cherokee fits of cargo pants). I'm 5'5" and 155 lb. I always buy small and 'short' and still often need to get them hemmed. These do bunch up but I'm not walking on them, so it's alright. They fit perfect from hip to ankle. I prefer a drawstring without elastic on the waist, but it's not a deal-breaker. The standard cargo pant w/o the taper is much too baggy. These have a flat front and THE OTHERS HAVE PLEATS. The hips and thighs come out wider than the waist. There is also extra room on the lower leg and there's no reason. The legs rub on each other and catch on other objects when you walk. Unless you are a full figured woman with large hips, stay away. Between the front pockets, side pockets, and back pocket there is plenty of storage. The tapered leg style is not available in as many colors and they also seem to be darker than the same colors in the same original Cherokee (4000) cargo pants. The (WW190) has 2% spandex, but I don't notice the stretch. The material is comparable to Landau's unisex scrub pant. They don't feel plastic-like even though they have a high amount of polyester. The 4000's do feel a bit like plastic. Landaus are also wonderful when they break in, as I hope these will. If I could return my other Cherokee cargos I would, but I can't so I'm stuck with them. I need to purchase a few more pants and I'm not sure if I will get more of these or explore another brand's offerings, but then I'm starting over. At least I know I can count on these. The price is right too, about $18-$24 dollars depending on the color. I can't justify spending more for designer scrubs, as some command a price tag of over $60. To keep a whole assortment would cost a fortune at this price. Top and bottom for a set should cost about $35 to $45 in my opinion. Less than that and they are cr*p, and more and you are wasting $$.

Perfect for someone 6'4" tall.
Finally some scrub pants that do not ride up my leg when I sit down. The length is perfect for me. I am 6'4" tall and when I sit the legs don't ride up at all. The material is also very soft. The XXL Tall are a little baggy on me (I weigh 250 pounds 6'4" tall). I could have probably fit into an XL Tall but I didn't want them to be slim fitting in the rear.

Comfortable, and very functional
After years of "Jeans" (on the hip, below the hip, fading color, legs too tight, etc.) I went looking for a more consistently comfortable "casual" pant. First I went to the "Cubavera" and "Guyabera" style, which I like, but which are really best for 'beachwear' or knocking around the house in my experience. AND THEN I SOMEHOW FOUND THESE - probably just searching on Amazon. They're very comfortable, fit rather well, although perhaps a little more loosely on my legs - very welcome in the warm weather; and the 'tie-string' waist is so much more comfortable than a belt for casual wear! And let me not forget the several pockets of different sizes ... handy for smartphone, wallet, tools of different sorts [probably not hammers and screwdrivers]. (Oh, I still include jeans in my wardrobe, but now I have more choices.)

Only scrub pants I’ll wear
I was looking for a better fitting pair of scrubs. The ones I had prior were super baggy with a drawstring only. Every 15 the tie is getting loose and I’m having to re tie it. These scrubs became my go-to pair. Slimmer fit without it being too tight. Nice quality material. And has elastic waist with drawstring and even a zipper so stays on perfectly. Bought them true to size and it was perfect.

Good pants
Good scrubs for a reasonable price. Color is a bit darker than pictured.

Not sure where it is tapered.
The reviewers that talked about the tapered legs are baffling me. I will use try the pants or try and find another pair that matches my black shirts, but I don't see where it was tapered. Drawstrings, good, zipper, good. The combination of polyester, cotton and spandex makes the pants comfortable to wear, but the tapered legs?? Upon closer inspection, it is tapered, but barely, I'd say less than an inch off, I am not imagining skinny Jean's tapered, but when something says it's tapered, it should be so loose.

Nice fit and comfortable
Got these for my son. I like the fact that they have options for length. It is hard to find pants for someone that is 5'1". We still had to cut off a few inches but not 7 or 8 like some of the others. He loves the material and overall fit with tapered leg.

Do not follow the size chart
The scrubs pants were great quality and were very comfortable. However, I used the size chart to choose my size and it was grossly off. For reference I am 5'9" and weight 190. My inseam was 30". I ordered the large based on the provided size chart only to find they were waaaay too big. The were big the the waist, thighs and super long. Returned for a small size.
