Q: is this good for making ghee?

Hello! We have never personally tried to make ghee out of this butter. What we do know is that there is an 83% fat content in the butter where most American butters are around 69%. Since there is such a high butter fat content, we wonder if when making the ghee, you might not end up with that much ghee since so much butter fat will be removed.
