Bought on the recommendation of my vet for my dog's jippy tummy. It's been great. The bag will last for ages as you only need a tiny amount.

I have tried another, more commonly used brand of Psylium Husk, but this Organic Husk is definitely a superior produce. Great value for money. Would buy again.

Seems to help with my digestive health and satiety. I usually have 5g in my nightly protein shake.One small thing I will note: on each of the five (5) bags I have had, the reseal strip has come away from the outer part of the bag after a short time. This leaves the bag no longer "resealable", and requires either transfer to another container or a bag clip.

I bought it because my husband has the celiac disease and I can't bake bread or other cakes without it as the gluten free flour doesn't bind well.So far my husband hasn't had any reaction to it and the baked bread doesn't turn purple like with other psylium powders I have tried in the past.Mixed with warm water forms a gel in about a minute which is great as I can use it fast in the recipe and help digestion with added fiber.Would definitely reccommend.

Used with almond flour for low carb bread rolls. Works really well, seems good quality husk.
