Excellent addition for a rider with big hands
My original (BMW) heated grips were showing their age. WIth big hands, they were also somewhat uncomfortable on long rides. Highly regarded by fellow owners, and I agree 100%. The added diameter and soft but textured material are perfect.Installation is easy, just a little dilute soap solution sprayed while sliding them over the original grips. I was concerned that they would slip and rotate, but the next day (after the water evaporated) they are solid. Heated grip function is fine, takes just a bit longer to transfer through, no issues.

Comfort grip
Very quick turn around for when I placed my order to receiving the grip puppy's. I love these. Very easy to install. Just dip them in warm soapy water and slide on. They fit perfectly. The quality is great. Very comfortable less vibration fill. For the price can'tbeat them. Plus they look good on my KLR.

Easy to install if you know how, greatly improves grip comfort!
I tend to dislike grips that are too small in diameter and grip them too hard. Adding Grip Puppies makes a big difference in comfort on a long ride. While the Amazon post says this size is recommended "except for Harley-Davidson... etc." the grips on my 2022 Street Glide FLHX measured 1.42" at the midpoint by calipers. There's a ridge at the outboard end of the grips that's larger than that but it's not a problem. I don't use hair spray, oil, water or anything like that to install these; an air compressor with a narrow nozzle is what I use. Get the end of the Grip Puppy over the ridge at the end of the grip, insert the air nozzle in the open end, pinch the end shut around it and shoot a little air into the space. The air acts as an air cushion, floating the Grip Puppy. Be prepared to push the Grip Puppy onto the grip when you start the airflow. Once you get it onto the grip to the point that pinching the open end shut isn't possible, run the nozzle tip around the edge of the end of the bike's grip and continue to push the Grip Puppy on. In my case, the Grip Puppy is about 1/4" longer than the bike's grip but I didn't trim it, just let it contract around the ridge at the end of the grip and called it good. On the throttle side, be sure your throttle has free movement to snap back to the closed position. I had to back off the Grip Puppy on that side slightly to ensure clearance. The Grip Puppies give me a larger diameter grip with a little resilience that's outstanding on long rides.Make sure you measure your grip diameter, check it against the allowable dimensions.I have Grip Puppies on my Can-AM F3 also. They tend to hold up for several years, even with the hot Nevada summers. Well worth the cost for extra comfort.

Grips helped a lot for hands going to sleep
Soft, makes the narrow grips on my Ducati Monster manageable, my hands don’t go instantly asleep anymore, after about an hours worth of riding they will start tingling, pull over and shake it out.

Works great. Follow install instructions.
They work great on my Burgman 400 scooter. I have very large hands. Follow direction for i my stall. The diluted soapy water works well.

Very comfortable grips
I've had a set of these on my Goldwing for about 40,000 miles, As they were getting kinda grungy from the elements and constant use, I decided to replace them. The old grips are a piece of cake to remove. One cut with a little pair of scissors and they peel right off. Putting the new ones on though is a definite chore. I had a small squirt bottle with several squeezes of Dawn dish soap and 3 or 4 ounces of water. i soaked the handgrips on the bike and the inside of the grip puppies and went to work forcing them on. Keep spraying the solution as you work. They will go, just keep spraying and working it. It helps to have a pair of work gloves on. Once they're on they won't move or slip. They are not slippery like the stock grips. They'll give you a good and slightly fatter grip which I like, and they afford some level of shock absorption. Worried about the heat from your heated handgrips not coming through? It's no problem, they transmit the heat just fine. It's a very good product and certainly very affordable.

Higher Cost, But Made Better Than Others
As a disclaimer, I have installed and used Grip Puppies on another motorcycle I own. However, I bought these for a new motorcycle I just bought since I tend to stay with what I know works well.I like Grip Puppies for a few reasons:- They really are comfortable. I have found high frequency vibrations are not felt in my hands when I have Grip Puppies on my grips.- They are very easy to install. I honestly have not experienced any difficulties installing these on two motorcycles. I have had to trim these to fit, especially on the new bike, but they slipped on easily using the suggestion of applying a couple drops of dish soap inside the Grip Puppies and on the handlebar grips. I didn't try to tug and jerk them into position or pull them on quickly. Instead, I let the soap reduce the friction points, which took a few seconds at times. Seriously, only use a couple drops of dish soap spread inside the Grip Puppies and on the handlebar grips; a little bit goes a long way. Too much soap is going to just make a mess that is harder to clean when finished with the job (an oxymoron, I know).- These don't absorb all the heat from heated hand grips leaving your hands cold. I have found that even on the low setting, plenty of heat makes it through the Grip Puppies to my hands. This is really appreciated when riding 80 MPH in 35 degrees F on my way to work.- These help extend the life of heated grips. I found that I was replacing heated grips about every 20,000 to 30,000 miles on three different bikes. This can get expensive quickly. Having Grip Puppies installed over the heated grips is an inexpensive way to increase the time between heated grip replacement.- When these wear out, and they do wear out, it's a simple matter to remove them and put new ones on the grips. If you don't find these don't give you the same benefits, simply remove the Grip Puppies. As a bonus, you're only out a little money as opposed to the large amount of money you would spend installing factory grip replacements.
