I've been taking these for a month now and Ive just ordered more because after years of trying to get a GP to listen to me and prescribe something to ease my symptoms of menopause Ive taken things into my own hands and researched and found something which is actually helping. I was told 20 years ago that after my hysterectomy my ovaries will eventually fail and I would need oestrogen supplements. I've been using this for nearly a year now and it has been great with stopping my hot flushes, which has meant I can get a better nights sleep. I used to take this in the morning but I had a few flushes at night so changed to taking with dinner and that has worked for me.My method was to buy one month and see how you get on with it, luckily it works for me so I carried on with it. Am trying to avoid HRT pills, if I can, and keep to a natural product.

I would highly recommend these tablets . A couple of times I’ve ran out of them before ordering more and I notice it straight away so that’s proof for me that they do work .
