This does pull back the shoulders but it buckles under the arm, chaffing into the skin. Very uncomfortable - possibly impossible to tolerate for long periods. Perhaps a larger size would have been more comfortable? I bought medium thinking it might to too large- I'm quite small but it was far too tight under the arms. The photo of the model shows the straps lying flat. This buckled under the arms. I have tried interacting with the company to ask about sizing. The replies are unhelpful ie. 'I'll look'. Ultimately I returned it to Amazon and have been looking at comments wondering if a larger size would be more comfortable

This product was far too small, I ordered a medium and it just would not stay attached and very uncomfortable, I had left it too late to return so a complete waste of money I am a size 10 tops I think it was a doggy make.

The color is also very good-looking.Comfortable and light.After I wearing it for 1 hour, the back will be straight and correct the posture. I will continue to wear it for a month and it should be more effective.

I sowanted this to work on my posture but unfortunately it was far too uncomfortable to wear. I perservered for two weeks using it for periods of half an hour each day. It was not invisible under clothing so I could only wear it indoors and under loose tshirts. The edges of the straps are so scratchy and even cut into my skin around the top of my arms

I found the sizing difficult to gauge. I bought a small originally - the fit was not too bad on the shoulders but the front fastening was a bit tight so I replaced it with the medium. I have a small frame and so felt confident that this should be the correct size. I have worn it once so far but the strap adjustments are very tight under the arm and does not seem to be even as big as the small size. I am considering getting the largest size. I know that it needs to be firm but if the under arm section is chaffing it is not going to encourage me to use it. A bit disappointed so far.

I have seen my wife has a bad posture and she tends to put her back in the most awkward positions when sitting. So I thought of buying this product to help her. She recommend getting the right size and adjusting it to your comfort level otherwise can be 'uncomfortable' :).It is helping.

When you pull it to tighten onto the back shoulder support it creases under the arms making it uncomfortable. Probably there are more comfortable ones out there, I guess you get what you pay for! Buy cheap costs you dear.
