Vauen Lord of The Rings Gilg Rusticated Briar Pipe

I would like to let you know I have ordered this pipe before and I just wanted to say that last time it was not the pipe depicted or ordered. I wanted the gilg pipe in rusticated, what I received was it in smooth. I know it sounds nitpickey but for the amount you get charged for it, I would expect the product to come is that which you have ordered. despite giving me the wrong pipe, it is of excellent make, smokes smooth and strong and the bowl is rather deep, no need to over fill haha
