Excellent pedal The sound is amazing. 100% happy with this one.

This is the most versatile drive pedal - S and C options, excellent volume and gain to create the right balance between clean and gritty, and good tone control with the tone knob. The Waza craft is worth the extra to me, but you may be fine with the non-Waza one. The Boss Distortion and Overdrive pedals are good, but the Blues Driver is my favorite.

Gives you a really nice tone for solos.

Great pedal for that classic tone. Use to own an older bd but this one blows it out of the water. Would buy again. Great great pedal!

Don't let the name fool you. This thing is more than just for blues. I mostly ran mine in custom mode. I recently sold it for the keeley muse because the keeley muse does the custom mode on this plus more. I was reluctant to try the blues driver because of the name but once I tired I now will always have this circuit on my board in one way or another.

This is a good pedal but I purchased it to replace my current Boss BD-2 non Waza blues driver and I couldnt hear much difference when I put the pedal in custom mode so it wasnt enough for me to keep it. ps Amazon theres a small tear in the box that how it came delivered to me.

I use this for all of my mid gain work. Anywhere from bluesy to fairly high gain. Well built like anything boss. Custom channel sounds pretty similar but adds some more versatility.

This is a great pedal. And the waza craft is even better. It has an extra custom mode and an upgraded buffer. I think it is worth the extra money for this upgrade. Has plenty of gain on tap, but also can clean up really well. I use it at lower gain (gain at 10 o’clock) and I turn the tone down a bit. It also stacks really well with other pedals.
