Same manufacturer as the Icetek. They are identical. Not good enough quality to give as a gift so I am returning. The one I have from Tool logic has lasted over 20 years and this product definitely will not.

I was very happy with this product until I tried to put the scissors back in and the case popped open and the battery came out so the light no longer works because I can no longer put the case back together to work properly. The toothpick was also glued into the case. However, I was still pretty happy with it, it had all the gadgets I was looking for. I left another review like this and the seller promptly contacted me to resolve the matter. I was very impressed with how they handled my disappointment in the quality. I really feel that it was just a fluke that I got this one. I would definitely purchase another one of their products.
