HeatWorx Portable Infrared Space Heater with air MAX Efficient Flow Technology

Purchased this had it running for three days straight and so far no problems. The unit arrived next day with all warranty info taped to the outside shipping box which I thought was nice. You normally get this tiny baseball looking warranty card that is usually hid behind a panel or something . I was impressed that the seller is willing to make right with the product if anything should happen. The design is very nice its sturdy ,wheels glide, real sleek,quiet with a bright display and perfect working remote. I like that the unit blends with any type of setting (home, office, business). I gave it 3 stars because of the price and heat output. Its advertised that this unit will heat up to 1000 square foot. I have it in my business which is not well insulated but is less than a 1000 sq. it seems to maintain the temperature in a 1000 sq. area, but not heat it up.I have a constant swinging door of customers I used a propane tank heater that put out 30,000 btu and would run it for 15 mins five times a day to help with the cold and that work good but I just feel like its not safe so trying this Heatworx unit seems to maintain the heat in the space but does not increase warmth. I've had mine for about a year now. I keep it on low, it's reasonably quiet then, as the fan runs slower too. My favorite feature is that it remembers most of the settings except the high low mode if the power goes out. It even comes back on again right away if the temp is cooler than the set point when power resumes. Most of these electric heaters reset when you unplug them and either let your room get cold or they set themselves to 87 degrees and run flat out and cook you.I migrated to this from an EdanPure and I much prefer this one. The EdanPure claimed that it remembered settings too but it never worked.One of the wheels is not all the way in, and I can't get it to pop the rest of hte way in, so my heater wobbles. I contacted the seller and they said that they couldn't get hold of the manufacturer to help with my issue, recommended I try to fix it myself by unscrewing the affected one and see if I could push it all the way in then, which didn't work. I like it so much I just let that go and ignored it. I leave it on all the time, my room runs colder than the rest of the house. I keep it on all year round, the thermostat is in the open on the back, so it doesn't turn on every 15 minutes like an edanPure or every 5 minutes like the Light Smarts. It'll go days without ever coming on and then all of a sudden come on if they're cooking in the other part of the house and the thermostat has got the AC on too much and my room is getting too cold. Weird I know, but that's how it is.Lastly, when I bought this, it cost $122. Now I see that there are 4 left in stock and the price is $248. Did the company go out of business or something? That would be a shame, I would buy more of these at the $122 price if this one ever fails or if a friend or family member is in need. These things are excellent!

We purchased two of these heaters because a close friend recommended it. Well, we received the two heaters to heat our garage because about 40 members of the family were coming over for thanksgiving. Well I fired both of those heaters up to high and within 2 hours we had to turn them down. It was a big success, the garage was comfortable and warm. I will recommend this heater to anyone. In fact, I gave my friends and relatives information so that they can purchase one. Way to go and thank you for putting out a darn good product that does what it says.

I love this heater it works great at heating pretty much my hole house

This heater has done a great job so far. We were a little concerned when we could not register it for the warranty card inside the box. We contacted the seller and they assured us that they cover the warranty. We have really enjoyed having it as an addition to our master bedroom. It takes care of a 22' x 20' room.

Great heater, warms up an open kitchen, dining room and high ceiling living room without drying up the air. I initially bought 2 units, was very satisfied and bought 2 more

This is a great heater have used it all winter. Only thing I don't like is the noise when changing temp. Other than that like it much betterthan my former EdenPure.
